I'd have to go with 1.3, since I didn't have the PC version then, as an angsty mobile peasant that couldn't use half of the planes in Newest because they used the new parts.
I'm building something quite big (not in terms of size) as well. I've noticed beta planes get far fewer upvotes and one download if lucky. Since my thing won't work on mobile (it lags even on my PC), I'll just be waiting until the official PC release, I would do the same with that if I were you.
Interesting, the "unless it's edited" bit must explain the issues of @DragonAerotech's and mine, but I still think such a feature would be nice to have. Out of curiosity, how do you know about that? @Skua
@Skua That's odd, doesn't each computer have its own IP? My brother was the second and third guy. We use the same WiFi though, so that must be why it matches.
As long as it says that the beta is needed, mobile peasants can't download it, whether or not it has beta parts.

@LoadingCheese Too much detail puts on lots of drag and ruins the (kinda sorta) realistic performance. I can never get the energy retention right though. I do play War Thunder, but not a lot.
