@Scharnhorst , @EternalDarkness FYI - The bug you two reported regarding missiles being rotated incorrectly has been fixed in today's update, and should be live on Steam (1.8.3.1)
@JamesBoA Do you have AI Air Traffic turned on? A bug has been found and fixed, it is possible the game is trying to spawn aircraft with a T2000 engine and it is failing, causing fuselages to look like that.
@TMach5 & @Rub3n213 I've fixed the issue...thanks a lot! We'll get a new version out tomorrow most likely. Until then, avoid designs with a TBlade T2000 to not get this error.
@DrunkenRaider Yes, there is an issue with scaling propellers, which I believe has been fixed. I'm trying to verify the fix with many designs. However, I am not able to reproduce the problem w/the design you linked to because the engines do not use part scale...it appears to look fine on the current beta
@PhilipTarpley Regarding the issue you reported (propellers being sized incorrectly). I believe I have fixed it, but if you have a link to the design you had which exhibited the problem, I can verify.
Can you try backing up your designs/settings folder (%APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes) by renaming it to something like SimplePlanes.bak, then uninstall the game and re-install it and see if it works?
If it works, then try renaming the folder to the original by removing the ".bak" and try again?
@Schiefensnarglez The "problem" with making the main rotor produce more torque which the tail needs to offset is that you'll have more tail rotor drift/roll. It is already fairly noticeable on some designs when you punch collective (and rotor torque increases)...I just wasn't sure people would want to deal w/that. I guess I could make it XML moddable. Thoughts?
@DepressedTortoise It is deliberate. It is vibration from the rotor blades...does it seem too strong?
It is determined by the rotor size, so if you have a relatively large rotor on a light airframe, the shake will be much worse...most "realistically" proportioned crafts I've made seem fairly moderate, but it can be pretty strong, depending on the design.
Just FYI: We've received quite a few bug reports regarding not having a way to reverse helicopter rotors. This feature was disabled at the last-minute when a serious bug was found which wasn't going to have a quick fix...it has since been fixed though, and will be in the next beta release, so no need to report it anymore :)
@robloxweponco Thanks for letting us know that, we'll change the bug reporting document...until then just type in: http://www.AndrewWhyDidYouMessThisUp.com if you don't have a plane/mod url to enter.
@Andrewtheplane Are you referring to propeller planes? Are you on Steam? If so, can you verify they perform differently by switching back to the non-beata version and then file a bug report with links to specific designs which fly differently and try to describe how you tested them and the observed differences? Thanks!
@Caveman999 We don't have any teasers for 1.8 yet, sorry :)
@Coolness21 There are no options to adjust these in-game. They're for XML modding only...have you done that before?
@DeezDucks It is live on Steam now.
@danman12 I just saw this comment. You're most welcome. As far as your challenge, I'm afraid I'll have to inform you that I am not a good builder by today's standards (If I ever was). I was left behind by the community in that regard not long after we originally launched the game :)
@TMach5 & @Rub3n213 The T2000 bug-fix has been pushed to Steam
+1@Scharnhorst , @EternalDarkness FYI - The bug you two reported regarding missiles being rotated incorrectly has been fixed in today's update, and should be live on Steam (1.8.3.1)
+1@DeathStalker627 Is the issue with Cleaver & Torpedo colliders new in the beta? Did you make a bug report?
@BurkeEnterprise Did you create a report about the bug you found w/magnets? What issue are you having?
@JamesBoA Do you have AI Air Traffic turned on? A bug has been found and fixed, it is possible the game is trying to spawn aircraft with a T2000 engine and it is failing, causing fuselages to look like that.

@TMach5 Thanks! I got the bug report and was able to reproduce it with the aircraft you uploaded.
@TMach5 Can you elaborate?
Can you upload the design which has this issue?
@Rub3n213 Do you have these issues without fine tuner enabled?
@shipster Android beta should be out tomorrow.
@RussianAS Thanks!
+1@RussianAS Well, I'm glad that solved it. Could you tell me which anti-virus it was in case other people have that issue?
+1@KaigunChujo Thanks!
@DrunkenRaider How often does the fine tuner crash the game? Have you found a way to make it happen so we can reproduce it?
Does the game ever display anything, or does Steam immediately give an error?
Can you try uploading the log file somewhere like pastebin?
The log file should be at %APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\output_log.txt
Can you verify you have service pack one installed for Windows 7? You can find instructions here

@DrunkenRaider Ok, I understand (regarding @MOPCKOEDNISHE's bug)...I think that is the first report I got on that one, so thanks!
@RussianAS Is it specific to the beta? Does the the non-beta version run? What OS/computer hardware do you have?
Can you give me a link to a design which exhibits the issue?
Can you try backing up your designs/settings folder (%APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes) by renaming it to something like SimplePlanes.bak, then uninstall the game and re-install it and see if it works?

@KaigunChujo Can you give a link "strange bug with prop blades" design?
+1@DrunkenRaider is this the design exhibiting the issues with the propeller blades?
@MOPCKOEDNISHE Can you explain your issue a bit more regarding heli blade count and "attachments"?
@RussianAS So, you are still having the problem?

+3Can you try verifying the game files
+3@EternalDarkness No, there currently is no way. Kevin mentioned the same thing last week, so I probably need to normalize the sounds better.
+1@RYAviation see this
+1@F4Mustang This stuff is in the beta update, not a mod. It will be in the game in the near future whenever it is finalized.
+1@HadoNado The elevators activate once you come to a stop.

+4@JediWolf I'm sorry, but pirating software is illegal regardless of what your reasons for doing it are.
+10@robloxweponco Thanks for letting us know that, we'll change the bug reporting document...until then just type in: http://www.AndrewWhyDidYouMessThisUp.com if you don't have a plane/mod url to enter.
Edit - It is now optional.

@HellRaiser Kevin made a new stock helicopter using the new parts. @Roswell The new update should just overwrite the existing one.
@SMHrubix What is "yaw swing-back"?
+2@Caveman999 We don't have any teasers for 1.8 yet, sorry :)

I just keep staring at the gifs...I'm mesmerized at how beautiful it is.
Edit - Posted to twitter
+5@Botfinder Yes, mods will be supported on the Galaxy S8
This is incredible...well done!
@destroyerP Yes, SR2 will have a website component, similar to SimplePlanes.
+1@DarthAbhinav The download button is blue for me, not orange. It's orange for you?
Just remembered these...now you need to do @HellfireKoder :)
@RailfanEthan Hmm, not sure what happened, but the file is certainly messed up. Sorry, doesn't look like much I can do to help in this case.
@RailfanEthan, can you upload the aircraft's XML file somewhere like pastebin.com and we can check it out.
If ya dont know the aircraft files are in: %APPDATA%..\LocalLow\Jundroo\SimplePlanes\AircraftDesigns
@Alienbeef0421 Whoops, I meant to upvote, somehow left a blank comment.
