@CatHoldingTheSun looks are not an issue, if you look at a couple successors, they looks pretty bad (tbh), performance such as speed, agility and weaponry is what you want.
Turrets aren't allowed at all, auto, semi auto, or full manual, all not allowed, sorry.
Missiles have few restrictions, so if you think you could use missiles instead, it would pass perfectly fine!

If you register for the challonge tournament, please either use your name in SP (Or something similar), or add what jet you're using next to your name, I have someone named Bobzilla14 in the tournament, if the owner of said name is not found by the 17th, then bye bye Bobzilla.
I want to thank all who have upvoted and spotlighted, this single post got me from 400 to 1200 points, and I hope this inspires others to make creative tournaments.
If you have been entered into the tournament, and I say all good to go, that means either A: The plane fit the rules and is fully entered, or B: I haven't gotten to testing it, and you may be asked to tweak your plane, testing should end about the 10th, so no need to expect anything past then.
After this tournament is over, I might make a racing type competition, nobody does tournaments really, and they usually always rise high when done correctly, so I might just use that.

Plus, if your plane is far enough away, countermeasures work spectacularly, and the missile is going so fast that if it does miss, it won’t turn around and try again. If I make any future tournaments, I’ll try to list everything I can think of.

@Madmaximus countermeasures can be infinite, and delays aren't restricted either, countermeasures don't kill your enemy, so not a lot of restrictions.
