@4planes I can't explain you better than I did. Take sn0wflakes's guide if you are not already using it

You will have to use the Thrust variable of your engines I guess (RPM is better but only for props), and create some custom variables. In the input of your engines you can make a funky tree code like
"Thrust > Value ? Throttle+(Input for idle, like fuel pumps, that keep Thrust greater than value) : APU (input 0 or 1) * Engine start (input 0 or 0.1 (smthg little just enough to exceed the "start" Value))"
    Hope this will help you

  • The ExGLIDE 1.9 years ago

Original. It brakes a bit too hard, also the front wheel steering is not very effective. But it's fun to fly !

@BluestBoi Sorry I'm busy with my SP project
I talked about expanding the code, but in fact you don't need to do it, you can simply use one button for each weapon with a code like this for each button (So you need to create a custom variable for each weapon/button)

  • Funkytrees Help 1.9 years ago

@BluestBoi instead of 1 you put another condition fonction (with another weapon), etc

  • Funkytrees Help 1.9 years ago

@BluestBoi Yep. The website shows it wrong

  • Funkytrees Help 1.9 years ago

@BluestBoi Wait... Yes it would be possible ! But I don't know what is the form of the next weapon input so I can't tell you more
But it would be something like SelectedWeapon="Boom 50"?1:(Next weapon thing)
And expanding this a bit further and you will be done (I don't know if it works)

  • Funkytrees Help 1.9 years ago

@BluestBoi I don't think so, because selecting weapon is an intern program, there is no FT with for that... so you can only arm a weapon.
Also, with a button, you can select the next weapon (not a precise one), but idk if it can help you.

You have a button at the bottom right of your screen, it will open the custom variable window. There, you can add a new "activation group" that you can control using buttons, levers... to control rotators, engines... like a normal AG.

  • SOLVED: how make a simplified Horizontal-Target Indicator ? 2.0 years ago

I guess you want to make this thing with a label ?
I would use TargetHeading I think, but I don’t know why you said it doesn’t work... Actually it’s quite simple Funky trees
It would be something like this:
    {deltaangle(Heading, TargetHeading)<5 & deltaangle(Heading, TargetHeading)>-5 ? "[x]" : (deltaangle(Heading, TargetHeading)<-5 ? "<-" : "->")}
It’s a simple code that measure the TargetHeading, write [x] if the target is between 5° and 355° relative to you, if not it write the arrow if it’s on the left (>180) or on the right (<180).
    Hope this will help you
