@HelloHelloTheUnt sure I'll use SP's standard gauges once they're available -until then, I'll have to make do with the mod. BTW; I never use a mod that's absolutely required to make the build work... the cockpit instruments are mostly cosmetic; you're welcome to DL the plane without using the mod, which makes the cockpit view a bit less realistic but doesn't really change the way the plane looks, feels or flies.
Low hat to you -this is extremely well made. Still, it's like taking a beauty queen to a bodybuilding contest; no matter how good she looks, she's simply in the wrong place. I'm sure there are lots of sites for anime fan-art and such; this however isn't one of them.
@aTerra Sorry my friend, that won't work... I can't revisit an old build and magically make it half (or even less) the current part count. If you're a fan of big bombers, I suggest you look at my more recent XB-52, which has a lot less parts already. If it's a really low-part plane you want (say, 500 or less) I'm afraid I don't really have too many of those...
@Ferrarivsenzoslapp what should work is to just DL the plane, when you get the error about the mods hit unto, then hit redo. Plane should load, modless...
@Falco7 Right -but that's always going to be the discussion, isn't it? There's no such thing as "mobile friendly" anyway, since it all depends on which mobile device you have. People shouldn't complain about the part count of a build, but rather about the limits of their device.
@iniMiiW still haven't found a reliable method to catapult a 3-ton plane off a ship's deck in SP, I'm sorry to say. Putting it on a Bismarck will be no problem -flying it off one will be a bit more tricky...
Nice- but I doubt Dassault would ever call one of its planes "Retolshiya". Nondescript as it may be, it sounds slightly Russian -never gonna happen :D :D
@BagelPlane you're right -it does make sense. If the cockpit gets shot up, the pilot is probably as dead as a doornail. Still -I doubt if SP actually checks the location of glass parts, assuming it to be the cockpit. So it's likely the game would consider the pilot a goner even if someone just scores a hit to a (glass) gun turret at a bomber's tail. Don't know, never tested it. Just a guess...
Absolutely great idea! The "pelican" was so ugly it hurts to look at it :D :D I have a standard Fiddler lying around somewhere, I should make a bird-beaked version as well some time. Nice one.
Great mod! This is what we needed; the possibility to use textures rather than having to add 1000 parts just for silly details. It won't really do much good, though... SP seems to be most popular with potato-phone users; with every build, everyone's always crying "please no mods". So unless this gets integrated into SP itself... ah, well.
@Gegege DL, undo, redo

+2@PSsyalperdna u don’t need the mod… just makes the cockpit look nicer. Everything else works just fine without mods. DL, hit undo & redo.
+1Thank you, thank you! Happy u liked it…
Question: why are there 9 parts to a tricolor flag..? :D :D
@Navalman
https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/69FPl8/Focke-Wulf-Maritime-Patrol-SD
Sounds like a grand idea. Release it already, so I can put these things in the cockpit of my new "Tante Ju"...
@hjonk sure, go ahead... see what u can make of it.
+1Happy B-day, anyway :D @Augusta
+1It looks extremely smooth... but using a 1500-part logo on a plane means you'll end up with some 4-5k parts for the decals alone. Overkill..?
Great build, this. Guess I will learn to stop worrying and love the bomb...

+3This thing is so cute, it should get way more upvotes!

@realluochen9999 Standard: download, undo, redo -presto, plane without mods.
+2@Tookan LOL the Revell model only has 190 parts, so you could be right...
+1@CaptFoxworth19 sorry, can't help you with that. But you can DL the plane without the mod.
@Tenashii no, Sukhoi LRHBA'd the Berkut. This thing was first...
@LieutenantSOT Thanks! The score looks good, so far at least... wait & see what others come up with...
+1@LieutenantSOT sure... I have something partly cooked up :P
+1Great build! Too bad I can't enter my B-47... it already existed prior to this challenge. Nice to see one of these bad boys is in the challenge!
@Ferrarivsenzoslapp what should work is to just DL the plane, when you get the error about the mods hit unto, then hit redo. Plane should load, modless...
+1An Erdolf-carrier :D :D nice job
@LaunchAttempt yes, YAK-36 "Fishface" would have worked
+1Just DL, hit undo, then redo. Mod will be gone. @Coolman1000

+1Thanks a lot! @AN2Felllla
@NightmareCorporation who..???
+1Why did you recycle my old MiG-21..? The new version looks better... I was kinda hoping this old thing would be forgotten :D :D
@PurpleBarron load, hit undo, then redo, loads without mod
@JuiceBotYT "all the mods"...? You mean this one, single cosmetic mod that puts some clocks on the plane's dash..??
@iniMiiW still haven't found a reliable method to catapult a 3-ton plane off a ship's deck in SP, I'm sorry to say. Putting it on a Bismarck will be no problem -flying it off one will be a bit more tricky...
+1A training-rocket-egg! Great!
Ahhh, another '21. Join the club!
@Belac421 The mod story again, briefly: load plane, hit undo, hit redo, done.
@RC1138Boss dunno... I'm not on mobile, never tried to dl a map on my phone
LOL... I used to go offroading in one of these. Basically a 2CV with pimped suspension...
@CRATE52PART2 LOL... ah well, there's probably more than a few Russians around in France, so why not.
+1@Blue0Bull Thanks!
Nice- but I doubt Dassault would ever call one of its planes "Retolshiya". Nondescript as it may be, it sounds slightly Russian -never gonna happen :D :D
+2@338MAGNUM see previous comments & replies; it's quite easy to DL the plane without the mods.
@Battington nope, no discord, sorry.
@ChrisPy Not much "brrt" with only 12 rounds per cannon :D :D
@BagelPlane you're right -it does make sense. If the cockpit gets shot up, the pilot is probably as dead as a doornail. @FURYdeMANT1C0R3 simply load the plane, when you get the error about the mods hit UNDO and then REDO. Plane will load without the mods.
@Luxray102 should be listed under "required mods" in the Specifications...
+1@DuneBoi
http://www.simpleplanes.com/a/scG808/Glidebomb1
+2@DuneBoi of course you can detach the whole thing and save it as a subassembly
