@CaptFoxworth19 sorry, can't help you with that. But you can DL the plane without the mod.

  • Convair LRHBA "XB-52" 3.6 years ago

@Tenashii no, Sukhoi LRHBA'd the Berkut. This thing was first...

  • B-47 STRATOJET - S.A.C. CHALLENGE 3.6 years ago

Great build! Too bad I can't enter my B-47... it already existed prior to this challenge. Nice to see one of these bad boys is in the challenge!

  • Boeing 727-200 Turkish Airlines 3.6 years ago

    An Erdolf-carrier :D :D nice job

  • Arado Ar196 3.6 years ago

Just DL, hit undo, then redo. Mod will be gone. @Coolman1000

  • Messerschmitt Bf 110 Night fighter 3.6 years ago

    Thanks a lot! @AN2Felllla

  • Mig-21 iraqi 3.7 years ago

Why did you recycle my old MiG-21..? The new version looks better... I was kinda hoping this old thing would be forgotten :D :D

  • Arado Ar196 3.7 years ago

@PurpleBarron load, hit undo, then redo, loads without mod

  • Arado Ar196 3.7 years ago

@JuiceBotYT "all the mods"...? You mean this one, single cosmetic mod that puts some clocks on the plane's dash..??

  • ME 163 S 3.7 years ago

    A training-rocket-egg! Great!

  • Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-21-F13 3.7 years ago

Ahhh, another '21. Join the club!

  • Ju-87D-4... ehm... Torka? 3.7 years ago

@Belac421 The mod story again, briefly: load plane, hit undo, hit redo, done.

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

@RC1138Boss dunno... I'm not on mobile, never tried to dl a map on my phone

  • Citroën GS 3.7 years ago

LOL... I used to go offroading in one of these. Basically a 2CV with pimped suspension...

  • Ju-87D-4... ehm... Torka? 3.7 years ago

    @Blue0Bull Thanks!

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

@338MAGNUM see previous comments & replies; it's quite easy to DL the plane without the mods.

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

    @Battington nope, no discord, sorry.

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

@ChrisPy Not much "brrt" with only 12 rounds per cannon :D :D

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

@BagelPlane you're right -it does make sense. If the cockpit gets shot up, the pilot is probably as dead as a doornail. Still -I doubt if SP actually checks the location of glass parts, assuming it to be the cockpit. So it's likely the game would consider the pilot a goner even if someone just scores a hit to a (glass) gun turret at a bomber's tail. Don't know, never tested it. Just a guess...

  • Tupolev TU 128 Fiddler UT 3.7 years ago

Absolutely great idea! The "pelican" was so ugly it hurts to look at it :D :D I have a standard Fiddler lying around somewhere, I should make a bird-beaked version as well some time. Nice one.

  • Junkers Ju-87 Stuka/Kanonenvogel 3.7 years ago

@FURYdeMANT1C0R3 simply load the plane, when you get the error about the mods hit UNDO and then REDO. Plane will load without the mods.

  • MiG E-7 PD (STOL) 3.8 years ago

@TatsuTheCleaningFairy hmm... that would be the "regular" '21, I suppose. This STOL thing would never have survived an encounter with a Phantom ;)

  • Tupolev TU 128 Fiddler Ver 2 3.8 years ago

@Trainzo Yes, well... my version may look posh, but I needed almost exactly 5x as many parts to achieve that effect. Kudos for making something viable with only 220. You're actually much closer to the actual number of parts the Soviets used to build a plane in those days ;)

  • Bayraktar TB2 - BELOW 100 CHALLENGE 3.8 years ago

    Erdolf's Luftwaffe..! :D

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

@ollielebananiaCFSP what can I say... my PC doesn't mind, so neither do I. Too many silly details? Probably, yes. There's lots of other folks who build low-part mobile-friendly stuff, so I don't feel the need to join in :D

  • D-46 3.8 years ago

A kitchen chair with wings and a lawnmower engine. I love it :D

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

@ChiChiWerx Thanks! Making it capable of spot landings is probably not that hard... just fool around with the rotators of the exhaust nozzles so they can point slightly further forward. But looking at the Yak-36's nozzles on photos I don't think it could actually do that -ergo, almost impossible to really come to a stop when airborne. The Harrier was probably a smarter design. But I suppose the Yak could indeed land on small-ish carriers, as it was intended to do. You can put this one down on the USS Tiny ;) :D

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

@RandomUser09 The Griffon is a nice piece of work, certainly. But there are already really good ones on SP, no reason to build another one.

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

@CharlesDeGaulle that was probably the only way to get a kill with this plane. A real pity the name "Narval" was already taken by the S.O. 8000... it would have fit perfectly for the Yak.

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

@RandomUser09 Probably not. The '27 doesn't interest me at all, so...

  • Yak-36 "Freehand" 3.8 years ago

    @RandomUser09 sure...

  • Sukhoi Su-17 "Fitter" 3.8 years ago

@RandomUser09 Yes, the thumbnail background. One is just plain grey, the other two are Maywar. Doesn't the Android version of the game have (grey) runways and Maywar?

  • Sukhoi Su-17 "Fitter" 3.8 years ago

@RandomUser09 I don't get the question, really, Nothing special about the background, is there? That's just Maywar...

  • Staircase (OS) 3.8 years ago

Gets you higher than some planes... :D

  • Morane Saulnier M.S. 1500 Epervier 3.8 years ago

Heheh... this thing is absolutely fun to zoom around in!

  • SNCASO SO-4050 Vautour IIB 3.8 years ago

Looks absolutely great, and I love the plane. But truth be told, the paneling for the nose and landing gear doors is more than a bit sloppy. Guess it's the price you pay for being "mobile friendly"... I never understood what that means, by the way, since my (quite standard) iPhone does just fine with builds up to 2000 parts, and slacks off only a bit if the part count is higher. So what's with all the chunky bits..?

  • MiG-23 (Ye-2A) "Faceplate" 3.9 years ago

@Parehare you don't need the mod. Plane works fine without it, the cockpit will just look somewhat less fancy.

  • Rescue C-119 3.9 years ago

Perhaps you should trick it out a bit, no? Add some nice decals, put the 3rd (turbojet) engine on top like they did with the C-119 firebombers...
Or you could just turn it into Cabbie from "Planes" :D :D

  • Not an AC-119 3.9 years ago

    @TheMrPilotMan sure, why not

  • Republic F-12 "Rainbow" 4.0 years ago

@spectre118 Annoying, to be sure. Still points to the same page though, just cut & paste the URL

  • Barozzi BZ.3 "Mallardo" 4.0 years ago

@KnightOfRen Yes, still alive -just a bit busy, 's all. Too much work, hence no play :D

  • Nuotatore No.45 4.0 years ago

LOL this looks extremely familiar... ;)

  • Republic XF-84H Thunderscreech 4.1 years ago

  • SPPU-22 gun pod for Su-17/20/22 4.1 years ago

@MRpingouin Paste below link into your browser:
    http://www.simpleplanes.com/a/AlXW7Q/SPPU-gun-pod
AG6 extends/retracts the gun... you can change that to whatever you like of course

  • MiG-23 (Ye-2A) "Faceplate" 4.1 years ago

@ThisSnowyKid nope, you don't need any mods

  • Vino(Fix ver is in description) 4.1 years ago

Can't wait until someone makes a Tuscany-mod, so at least I can ride this thing through the right scenery...

  • F-15E Strike Eagle 4.1 years ago

@NaONCo2HCH2 Well, you thought wrong, then.

  • F-15E Strike Eagle 4.1 years ago
