The engine is too weak. If you build a big plane, always increase the engine power or increase its size, it will make it more powerful.
Aerofoils. Is the aerofoil Flat-Bottom or Symmetric? If it is symmetrical, the plane will not be able to take off. The plane can fly and maneuver more easily with a Flat-Bottom. Quickly change the aerofoil to Flat-bottom or Semi-Symmetric.
