@Shippy456 It's what happens when really smart guys get together to solve a problem. In this case, how to get a plane to hang around a battle zone long enough to drop a lot of weapons on the enemy as soon as they poke their heads out. I think I read that the A-1 could loiter for 10 hours! For that amount of time, I'd be concerned about bathroom and lunch breaks for the pilot. It must have gotten messy for them. ;-)
@NathanMikeska The two issues have been occurring since dogfight mode began many moons ago and they tend to cluster. So, dogfight mode does well for a while, and then boom, a series of mid-air collisions, or a failure to engage when a target is within the crosshairs. Here's a 20 sec. clip of the F2E issue LINK
The single most important event that drastically improved my building skills was switching to a PC or Mac. You can control the pieces way better than with an android or iPad. The second part, is top secret. But I will only show you if you get a PC or Mac, young Jedi ;-)@AirSparta
It's a good plane. The only room for improvement I can see is maybe reduce the overall weight and Disabling aircraft collision on weapons. There are two mods that can help with that, Overload and Fine Tuner. You can also find more mods on the Steam Workshop. Since you are using a Mac, you have way more options available than an iPad or tablet for modding and customizing. You already have the skill to make a great looking plane now , so, keep practicing. You're way ahead of me in skill when I was at your level and I can only see that improve.
Another thing is, make planes to your satisfaction and not other SP users. Most users fit in two camps; Those who expect realistic features above all, and those only interested in looks. They can drive you nuts.
Have fun with it and Good luck.
Big Thanks to @Bife for his MiG-27 design and @mikoyanster for Custom Weapon Tutorials
+1All that blowing got me thinking...when can we expect the AeroEffect Waifu expansion pack?
