Well, as long as I could see by testing it, it has good glider-like maneuverability, and a good thrusted maneuverability as well, but the lack of landing gears make it resemble more an parasite aircraft than a glider, mainly because of the thrusted nature of it.

Make it as good and expensive it requires! And obviously android is a must. (I dont know if its already planed for android and all)
Tracks 2 mod should really be part of the game by now, saves both part count and gives us an actually working track system.

Well, it is a glider as long as there is not thrust being produced by the craft, and if it can proper glide without any artificial thrust at all.
