The Brown Pearl is pretty difficult to destroy. I nicked it and made him smoke a bit, but couldn’t kill it. All missiles zig zag with the ship, but can’t lock because of its speed back and forth.
At 1100mph in the USS Agathon, it took me about 3 minutes till I got the prompt “Ye have made a grave mistake". It is still a dot on the water at that point, but at least it is visible. Here is a shot I took while in slow motion. The Brown Pearl seems to be traveling at least at 300mph. Luckily, it's missiles were unable to hit me at my speed.
You need to be pretty close after the warning prompt for it to target you, though I was flying my USS Agathon at high speed, so the pearl’s missies didn’t hit me. The pearl is pretty fast, as it zig zags away from you.@enzoBoeing757
Tums, you're funny...simple build! lol. Hey buddy, design and concept are off the charts... Love the transformation. I would take a little while to stabilize and fix what ever else you want, and repost as version 2—you deserve the up votes for both versions.
@MrPorg137, yes, unlike the Kraken and Maywar Island, though it's very hard to see the ship on a small screen, even when the prompt comes up. Keep your eyes out for the fast zig zag of the ship, as it is very fast moving.
@Dinoairplanes, @MrPorg137, the Brown Pearl is a fast moving pirate ship that (oddly enough) has targeting missiles. as you approach its location, a prompt comes up saying "Ye have made a big mistake)" (or something like that). If your not careful, you could miss the ship as there is no weapons lock when approaching it.

I would use an infinite fuel, its about 75 miles from Wright airport. It's a fast zig zag heading west, away from your approach @enzoBoeing757

Cool design, buddy! Just a suggestion, raise the turret a bit and limit the range of vertical motion do it doesn't interfere with the vehicle.
Keep at it, buddy! Your CoT needs to be a bit lower then CoM and should take off easier.
