@Awsomur The plane itself is almost done, all that is left is the cockpit detail, fuel tanks, and nose art. If I can't make this I'll either find another paint scheme or I just wont do nose art which would make it a lot easier
@Awsomur Wether or not it's ok is up to the mods, until they see this I wont even start making it. Don't wanna waste time making something I'm not able to post lol.
@WEAPONSMITH I ask because someone else made a similar B-17 and got permission from mods so I'm doing the same thing. If I'm not allowed to then I'll choose something else.
@RailfanEthan I'm aware of what the vertical stabilizer does, I removed it to see if it was the root of the problem. The CoM is centered and there are no misplaced blocks, it should be flying perfectly straight.
Here's how you measure how well your English is, count the number of people who thought that it was your first language. I certainly thought it was your first.
Everyone starts off making ugly or dysfunctional planes, but time brings talent. I recommend that you look at other users' builds and try to incorporate some features. That's what I did, sometimes I look at some other people's WW2 builds and I try to incorporate some similar ideas. That's how I learned to make my own landing gear (even though I rarely do it, it's still useful) and insignias. I'm not saying that you should copy other people but there's nothing wrong about getting inspiration from other builds.
That's pretty cool. I bought a book from the German Air Projects series of books and it has a lot of really great ideas for SP builds but it's hard to find reference pictures on most of them.
y tho
@ChiChiWerx problems already solved
@EternalDarkness There's reason to believe it isn't historical because googling it only brings up flight sim skins. But who knows.

@Awsomur Read the other comments if you want justification
@WEAPONSMITH Here I thought it was a B-17 but its a B-24
@WEAPONSMITH I'll look for it. but does your "aha?" suggest that it was removed?

I was in early the stages of making something like this but you've beat me to it.
@ThePrototype Nah DestinyAviation found the plane I was thinking of.

@AstleyIndustries Thanks
@DestinyAviation Yeah that looks about right, its easy to forget German blueprint planes when there are so many lol
@AudioDud3 kek
