Works great and I’m glad you like it lol. Now that they added the rpm gauge I’ve been redoing the rotor settings for a more accurate rpm response and I’m getting similar numbers for ‘rotor tensor’ and ‘collective drag’, It’s impressive how you got it to work so accurately without the RPM information. Maybe you can give me your opinion on an updated version if I publish it; when I do I’ll add hemispheres to the bottom with reduced friction for run-ons like what you did using the wheels, I think that’s a great idea.
Would it be possible to add a twisting part like the joystick base for us to be able to create a helicopter throttle? And are the current cylinder grips twistable to be used as such?
This looks awesome! I like the closed tail design! For your next update I would definitely widen the diameter of the blades or shorten the tail boom for more lift!
Thanks man, the engine shutting off is just a formula I made to keep it from going over a certain speed, it catches me too a lot lol; and I’m not sure what’s up with the wheels, it’s turning the right way but the thing wants to move the other way, I tried setting the sideways traction on the front wheel to 150% and forward traction to 50% and that seems to fix it! @Kodak
You can tell I lean agree on the ornithopter wings, but Cycloidal propulsion would really just be the same as propellers and rotors, it’s not really that complicated, it’s just a part you slap on @Fungus
I might do one for the autogyro as well if I end up doing some autogyro training this winter @STENDEC
Thanks for letting me know @PlaneFlightX
+1If you go into ‘InputController’ using the overload xml editor, you can increase the number for the ‘max’ value and that should make it stronger
+1If anyone would like to test it out in VR it would be appreciated, I will tag you in an unlisted upload!
That sounds good, I will @Sm10684
That’s eggsactly what I like to see!
Maybe soon if people are interested @Sm10684
Thanks man, it does 🙏 @LieutenantSOT
+1😂😂😂 glad you like it @ZexkyHelicopters

Awesome! Im glad this helped! @FarrowTECH
Absolute overkill, I couldn’t imagine how much effort went into this. Awesome detail
+1Thanks man! 🙏 @TatsuTheDemonLord
Thoinks! @PapaWii
Lots of power!
This is awesome
That’s a great idea! @ErgitheMobilefriendlyf

+1It was released in 2019 after they completed the mobile versions actually @malumuteanaerospace
@Kimfri I’m glad that something I did inspired something so awesome! The details in certain spots is incredible to look at
+1Thanks, that’s exactly it @UsualPiooneer
Definitely, may I’ll do that for fun next @VVMC
You got me
Just a copy paste, didn’t really take long @ACE1089
Hell yeah, that’d save a load of time @RongahSah
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they called Gitche Gumee
The lake, it is said, never gives up her dead
When the skies of November turn gloomy
With a load of iron ore twenty-six thousand tons more
Than the Edmund Fitzgerald weighed empty
That good ship and true was a bone to be chewed
When the gales of November came early
The ship was the pride of the American side
Coming back from some mill in Wisconsin
As the big freighters go, it was bigger than most
With a crew and good captain well seasoned
Concluding some terms with a couple of steel firms
When they left fully loaded for Cleveland
And later that night when the ship's bell rang
Could it be the north wind they'd been feelin'?
The wind in the wires made a tattle-tale sound
And a wave broke over the railing
And every man knew, as the captain did too
T'was the witch of November come stealin'
The dawn came late and the breakfast had to wait
When the gales of November came slashin'
When afternoon came it was freezin' rain
In the face of a hurricane west wind
When suppertime came, the old cook came on deck sayin'
"Fellas, it's too rough to feed ya"
At seven PM, a main hatchway caved in, he said
"Fellas, it's been good to know ya"
The captain wired in he had water comin' in
And the good ship and crew was in peril
And later that night when his lights went outta sight
Came the wreck of the Edmund Fitzgerald
Does any one know where the love of God goes
When the waves turn the minutes to hours?
The searchers all say they'd have made Whitefish Bay
If they'd put fifteen more miles behind her
They might have split up or they might have capsized
They may have broke deep and took water
And all that remains is the faces and the names
Of the wives and the sons and the daughters
Lake Huron rolls, Superior sings
In the rooms of her ice-water mansion
Old Michigan steams like a young man's dreams
The islands and bays are for sportsmen
And farther below Lake Ontario
Takes in what Lake Erie can send her
And the iron boats go as the mariners all know
With the gales of November remembered
In a musty old hall in Detroit they prayed
In the maritime sailors' cathedral
The church bell chimed 'til it rang twenty-nine times
For each man on the Edmund Fitzgerald
The legend lives on from the Chippewa on down
Of the big lake they called Gitche Gumee
Superior, they said, never gives up her dead
When the gales of November come early!!
+1Just ideas, nothing wrong with sharing @DeezDucks
Jesus that’s sexy
+1Maybe like vizzy, it’s crazy what some people have done with it @Kimfri
Don’t worry, I like it, and it flies great! @Cathay001
@idk201011323 yessir!
That would be a good idea @idk201011323
Yeah, I’d imagine, SimpleRockets pushes a lot of those boundaries and causes problems for some mobile users @FinX
Maybe it’s the round shape or something lol @M7MD_E04
+1lol @idk201011323
@BagelPlane that's a huge one, I can never see the runways at night an it would be nice to have working cockpit lights
@Leota pls Andrew
+1Yeah, I’m surprised they don’t already have it because it wouldn’t be too hard to implement @Ruskiwaffle1991

@Sm10684 yeah, the sound is kind of unique 😂
+1With a lot of trial and error lol @YourWife
