  • Jet motor Free to Use 5.4 years ago

Nice, are you going to incorporate it into your next Jet?

  • Replicas or Fictionnals ? 5.4 years ago

@Griffinthedragon really great planes, especially your sharptooth, nice biplane. It is shame that the community only votes for replicas.

  • Replicas or Fictionnals ? 5.4 years ago

@Leehopard true it takes longer to make originals.

  • Replicas or Fictionnals ? 5.5 years ago

Only rear replicas witch are build with an exemplary innovation, otherwise original designs. Really i think that all this replica mania is just lack of imagination. Also sp is a fantastic program to shape a new creation...

  • Shorts Skyvan Olympic Airlines 5.5 years ago

@jetnyan Olympic air has great planes to build. Good job for choosing it and awaken so many wonderful memories. Hope to see another historic airplane from the airline. Happy flights.

  • Shorts Skyvan Olympic Airlines 5.5 years ago

Loved Olympic Air . I use to fly with skyvans to the islands. I believe you made another skyvan for sp , what changes did you add?

  • MiG-8 Utka(Duck) 5.5 years ago

@SodiumChloride . I am making Utka for another project, but I want to be precise for this one. The biggest problem is the difference between cot and com. CoT is higher and is spoiling flight behaviour. Difficult model to make, congratulations to taotiezi

  • MiG-8 Utka(Duck) 5.5 years ago

I am making one almost for 2 weeks , I made a functional interior with passenger compartment. Until now it weights 1450 lbs but stil having problems with the original 110hp engine. Also I believe that the nose wheel is different. Anyway great idea , keep up the good work.

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

@Keml Not even in an airliner? Like never? Well you can check if you have an airclub in your hometown airport and join . Again it's not necessary to fly, but you will get that ignition feeling for a future quest. Also to someone get a notification don't forget putting @ before you submit. You can keep in touch when ever you want, don't know anyone else from Turkey, maybe you will change your mind for the military 👨‍🎓

@Keml Guess you haven't flown a hang glide . You can't hear the wind in an F-16. 👍

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

Good luck on your exams. I hope that sciences and love for aviation will win you after all. Personally I find war little boring. You can do flying lessons as a civilian you know.

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

I have a link from the PZL https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/mFCwnR/PZL-P24-G-WW2-V1-01. It is not exactly the same like yours but it's close enough 😀

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

Thanks for correcting me, if you manage visit Athens next year in the war museum we will have (hopefully) a historic Greek supermarine spitfire in frying condition. Why don't you make a bayraktar UAV ? Haven't seen anyone in the site.

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

From Athens, I have visited Bordum and Kusantasi . I always wanted to see the only remaining PZL-P24 , you have the last speciment there. What plane do you like? Have you been in Greece?

  • Cy-33 (Su-33) Customized 5.5 years ago

@Keml Figure it out from Ataturk... where from Turkey, haven't saw anybody else.

  • Replicas or Fiction? 5.5 years ago

Replicas with orthographic mods are so much easier, the " in control" thing rings as an excuse for the lack of innovation. If a replica, please for the love of god pick something uncommon. How many more spitfires and su-27 are we going to see? This comment is not belugasub, (do not give me wrong) it goes for the majority of SP users. Pick a subject from a historic flight or a prototype , make a post related to motorsport and even build realistic planes to interpenetrate laws of physics. How many of the users know why the planes picth up while they accelerate? Do a post for that and bind it with the mathematical type.

  • Spinner-NG 5.5 years ago

@jamesPLANESii Still the olny futuristic noir film, but it would be ugly to live in a world where there will be no airplanes in the way we know them.

  • Tactical Tadpole. 5.5 years ago

Hey I missed this! Nice, a proposition for another model is to set the rotation of the engines in the vertical axis with VTOL. I believe that is easier this way. Keep up the good work

  • Ultralight Challenge! CLOSED! 5.5 years ago

Small obervation, you say "You will be able to use XML, but only if your aircraft is under 1000 lbs". If we are able to use XML, the first thing that most of the con-tester will do is that they "zero" weight parts of the aircraft, so the 1000 lbs limit is without purpose. I also think that the dead line is short...

  • Kruger P-52 Merlin 5.5 years ago

@YourWife Do not worry is still a very good plane. It would be even better if it was original - which I think you can do. :-)

  • Kruger P-52 Merlin 5.5 years ago

@Theantsaretakingover This is inspired from Star citizen?

  • Kruger P-52 Merlin 5.5 years ago

@YourWife Do not worry, I always pay attention to talents. I promise a sincere feedback and I expect the same :-) What are you planning for the next build?

  • Kruger P-52 Merlin 5.5 years ago

Just tested it, fantastic job in the custom landing gears, perfect fit. I have not remember seeing this plan any ware else, if you inspired from somewhere you did great job, if you imagined it yourself you deserve double congrats . All the construction is steady and easy to fly, perhaps little nose heavy but great in general. In my slow PC I usually prefer slower roll rate because it lags in "heaver" builds. Anyway I think that is for sure a build from a talented designer and I expect much more in the next airplane. Worth downloading and saved in every personal collection . Keep up the good work

  • Spinner-NG 5.5 years ago

@Mcllulen Yes the drone is controlled with the VTOL slider on your left, up gives more power so go easy. After you can direct it (sort of ) like a chopper . "w" tilts foreword "s" back and so on...
How did you like the rest of the Spinner?

  • Paper Thin 5.5 years ago

Ok you have my vote for sharing the aircraft. Welcome to the world of SP. Now let's talk for the plane. It's well balanced and it can actually fly, so good job there. The control surfaces (C.S) are little unproductive, usually on the main wings near the fuselage we make "CS" that control pitch (up and down) movement and in the outside of the wing usually we make "CS" for the roll movement. This is because of the forces that are applied in the wing in roll, are more beneficial with smaller surface farther from the main body. Keep up the good work and keep building stuff.
If you want to answer to someone putt the "@" sign if front of their name to be notified. Happy flights!

  • Shortest Plane Challenge-Tail Sitter 5.5 years ago

@Chancey21 Yes but this CAN fly and with less control surfaces and no gyro ! :-)
