I know this. Even my b29 is having the same issue. It's kinda like a game "feature". When aircraft is seriously damaged, all moving parts are disabled. I don't have solution yet. @MrShenanigansSP

Mirror the whole wing once? No Once a part? Yes @MrShenanigansSP
Use piston to connect the catapult system and the sub(or mass part) only. By that, the piston won't shake.
If you use X-ray to look through my sub, you can see the whole sub is 0 mass and connected to a extremely heavy block by few pistons. @MrShenanigansSP
