The code is not available on the cannon because cannon have limited ammo, the function was to stop the gun from firing in a certain frequent but not real "reloading".

I know this. Even my b29 is having the same issue. It's kinda like a game "feature". When aircraft is seriously damaged, all moving parts are disabled. I don't have solution yet.

Take a random vehicle, land in the water where you want to spawn, pause, location, add current location. Then you can spawn at your custom spot.

Use piston to connect the catapult system and the sub(or mass part) only. By that, the piston won't shake.
If you use X-ray to look through my sub, you can see the whole sub is 0 mass and connected to a extremely heavy block by few pistons.
