The point of it being in AG2 is so that it won't move during takeoffs. So say if you want to correct a tiny mistake on your lineup during takeoff, you can just use rudder.
"Well, why not limit it based on the speed?"
I used to do this. I decided it wasn't really that fun anymore because the steering will still activate below the supposed speed limiter. Sure, I could make it so that it reduces input according to Ground Speed, but nah. Also just for extra detail.

- Main Battle Tank built by Solm Defense (Currently being designed... Estimated SP usage: 2300SP)
Deployment:
- XV-2A maiden flight (SP usage: 630SP)
- Total of 3 flights (SP usage: 1320)
Total SPs Used:
4750/12000 (Post-Inflation, Rough Scale)
Development Update:
Two succesful flights have occured after it's maiden flight. However, the third flight of the aircraft resulted in the destruction of the aircraft. Investigation suggests that it was due to the pilot's lack of training, as well as the malfunction of reaction control nozzles present in the aircraft. The program was cancelled soon after.
Solm Defense announced that they are designing a new Main Battle Tank. However, Solm would only sell these MBTs to the alliance. The design called for a 60 ton MBT with 120mm as the turret.
