Hint for better organization (and more players): put this info in an Excel/Numbers spreadsheet, and post an image of it. It'd make it so much easier to read and compare.

If you don't have homework, you must be (in the case of the USA):
1. Under 5 years of age (no school)
2. Truant
3. Drop-out
4. Already graduated high-school
If it's
1. Congratulations, you've picked up a wonderful game that will teach you physics and engineering. Just don't forget to learn how to spell when you start kindergarten or 1st grade!
2. Go back to school. You really don't want to be caught truant.
3. I understand that there are many reasons people can drop out of high-school; if you're not too busy with life to make five decent planes every day, I'd recommend you go back to school. It's nearly impossible to get a good, long-term job with no high-school diploma.
4. You should go buy a spelling book, or at least use spellcheck.

These would essentially appear at the top of your personal page (only visible to a user when logged in under that username) that accumulate? Like, one ticket every eight hours, and your count tops out at 5 (or any other number). Uploading a plane deducts one ticket.
I, for one, like these changes. They'll probably speed up the website a lot.

You can upload when a plane switches from "uploaded 23 hours ago" to "uploaded yesterday".
Just think of it like "newness."
You can only have 3 "new" planes per 24 hours. A plane is not "new" any more after 24 hours.

Varia: temperature can never be below zero Kelvin. That's -273°C. It's how we've defined the Kelvin scale.
