@EternalDarkness many thanks! originally, it was planned to also be one of the entry for the airship challenge but I could not finish it in time, it is still good enough, but not to the point that it is suitable enough to enter in the challenge, that is also one of the reason I abandoned Qianying.
@Samfpanzer air works differently than water, and bigger ships can go higher compared to small ships, however, at the same time, smaller nimble airships are also harder to hit, the idea is that this would hit, evade, hit, repeat, it can also destroy larger airships with it's aerial torpedo, although limited to practically point blank.
the Axis Anchor is for when you overestimate your turn, can't stop fast enough, or want to stop completely in place, it is a very effective emergency brake for when such occasion materializes
@Samfpanzer yes, I have the story pieces but I have not grounded it yet, but three big key point/events in my world is: |[ Industrial Era ]|
the big rise of streamlining production and supplies and the introduction of airships as a weapon of war |[ Grand Rebellion ]|
The uprise of many nations against the Visseriestayn Monarchy, with the main one being Nachilvissen Republic and the Liebherwesserien States, resulting in Visseriestayn Monarchy losing the status as the most powerful nation. |[ Great War ]|
the arms race of many nations, which despite it's name, most if not only few nations that are fighting their own war, whether it be for possession of an Anomalous Region or reasons alike, however, it is also the war against mass pirating, especially against the Large Pirate group "Icaria" and Privateer group "Spirito Della Signora" which grows bigger by the day.
also yes, although it is more an 19th century pre dreadnoughts vs pre dreadnoughts hence "Crossing the T", although the broadsider idea is from an anime called "Last Exile", which had two opposing airship fleets sail broadside to eachother
@Samfpanzer by conventional in the story so far, I mean warships that integrate turret mounts within the airship, introducing the new era of broadside warfare instead of front-to-front warfare, where if one manages to cross the T, will get the upper hand in the battle, the Battle of Hasnfille I refered here is such example, where the Amaransian State's small navy managed to turn the tide with their newly adopted Luxetas-class Airship, forever changing the way everyone back then fought, and thanks.
@TheCommentaryGuy I would call it other name if I had a better idea, but I think it suits well for the role in my small world, it's a small flying boat with one or two guns, I suppose our equivalent would be a Motor Torpedoboat and real Gunboats? I would love it if you could give some ideas too, as so far, the smallest aerial warships I have planned are Destroyers and at best, a balloon with a 75mm gun, though I think I might be looking too much at the joke so I also apologize sincerely, and many thanks
@SomeSPGuyWhoLikesLore the culmination of my few months of work, although the modular airship engine passed early trials, it is not refined enough for me to release it to the community, you may take a look at how it works though, if you feel that it could further your curiosity.
@LunarEclipseSP yes, this is his Disqus account, it's a private account though, but it is him, I had asked for his permission to upload a modified version of his Sorella Leontine and in a way I've realized his idea, though not the first since I think he did made a proof of concept for the idea itself
@LunarEclipseSP thank you for the spotlight, and no, although he do share the same interest as I do, he's actually the one who sparked my interest in Dieselpunk, sad that there isn't many of it
@FoxGeneration thank you for the spotlight, and thank you for the offer, however, I do prefer using pitch & roll for manual aiming as opposed to camera or auto-aiming, I am also planning a much larger project by scale, with more details, this is only a test craft for better things to come I hope.
@XxRxX it is interesting in the way it works, but what I have in mind(and what I have built) is something that is a bit more traditional in a sense, I have put a few hours to refine it for modular use, but an minimum altitude limiter is all I need, however I do thank you for the sentiment, so I suppose it is hopefully equal in return to show you what I am making, and I apologize for not being able to format to my dismay due to the rank I hold apparently, but here it is.
https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/Gso4wi/A-M-MK-I
@XxRxX I have different engines for that purpose, I only needed something to limit the minimum altitude so I do not crash unintentionally, there is also a reason I do not use the pitch and roll, as it is used for manual aiming for the armaments aboard, I also respectfully reject the offer, I want it to be the work of my hand fully if you understand my sentiment, I'd like to ask though, how would you work around it if I may? and thanks.
@zwen I see, that's why both methods acts differently, the one with integral feels slightly more stable, although both methods still results in sending-to-outer-space fiasco, unfortunately.
.
I do have to ask though, if you'd have to do it, how would you go about it? I'm most curious about what each P,I, and D do and how they'd affect each other since I'm trying to learn FT, and also, thanks.

@XxRxX do not worry and take it easy, I am not really in hurry with it, thank you for even bothering to reply actually.
@XxRxX pardon my insolence, but I do have to ask, did you perhaps did not tagged me correctly?
@XxRxX I have different engines for that purpose, I only needed something to limit the minimum altitude so I do not crash unintentionally, there is also a reason I do not use the pitch and roll, as it is used for manual aiming for the armaments aboard, I also respectfully reject the offer, I want it to be the work of my hand fully if you understand my sentiment, I'd like to ask though, how would you work around it if I may? and thanks.
