@deqnq Hmmm...
Your PC is actually better than my laptop which only have core graphics equivalent to GT1030(1/3performance of your RX580). It runs this mod at 10fps1080p in the forest. Maybe you don't have enough RAM or something. I'll optimize it anyway. : )
@nomalnormaltheman Sometimes, you will find that the mod doesn't work as expected, so you really should test it before posting the mod. For example, this mod had lots of errors, and I fixed them all before posting it. You won't be happy to download a mod and then found it doesn't work, right? : )
@lol1550 I'll add android support on the full version, but it may crash the game or run at low fps. My laptop with Intel Iris Plus graphics (equivalent to GTX650) can reach about 24 fps 1080p on medium settings.
@teodor99 I've now removed all grass from the roads and scaled up the map to two times its original size. The final version will be uploaded after adding the buildings and an airport.
@mikoyanster I think it's the problem with modtools because this message showed up only 3 seconds before the error:
Saving mod(20:51:49): C:/Users/davor/AppData/LocalLow/Jundroo/SimplePlanes/Mods/Japari Park.spmod

It seems that modtools forgot to close the "OnGUI".

@KennethKennethTheKenneth
I'm trying to export the map as a mod. I just selected the "simple planes map" and clicked "save selected scene objects".
Speaking of RAM, I have a total of 16G and unity only allocated 1.6G so I don't think that is a problem. Anyway, the map I'm currently making was only about the size of Wright island.
@KennethKennethTheKenneth Thanks, but here's another problem:

@KennethKennethTheKenneth Yes, I have the latest version (4.8.2). Also, may I ask how did you achieve the effect shown in the screenshot? My RTX is making the terrain very glossy as it covered by ice.
@KennethKennethTheKenneth Problems solved! Amazing graphics, but I think the map should be scaled up 3x to be realistic. I mean, the "skidmark" racecar is wider than the road...
@KennethKennethTheKenneth I dragged the mod file into simpleplanes.exe, then I found "An error occurred attempting to read mod file 'c:\users\owen-liuyandong\appdata\locallow\jundroo\simpleplanes\mods\fair isle-full.spmod'." in "modLoadLog.txt".
I installed reshade and found my plane got somewhat transparent when using cockpit view. I'm using a RTX2080. Can anyone help with the problem? Thanks!
@AndrewGarrison I think we can change the rules to make tournaments fairer. I think we should race all planes in the "me" side and only compare the time.
Please change the propeller pitch to auto to avoid overspeeding
emmmm...
Now uploaded the newest version. Fixed the size of certain components.

@nomalnormaltheman you can, but how would you test the mod if you don't have SP?
Android version will be uploaded after I get android SDK to work.

turn off SSR
only turn on RTGIglobalillumination and MXAO

@mikoyanster I solved the problem. There's something wrong with speedtree and it worked after I deleted all trees.

@Gestour OK, so I'll try removing Unity UI
wow!

Perfect graphics! I can't believe I'm playing simpleplanes. I'm around 30 fps with reshade.

why is the nose so sharp...
@Mastermind1941 thanks!
I finished the repaint and modifications. Please see my profile. @Cookie1232008
Very beautiful plane. I'm going to paint it into light and dark themes, and also improve its maneuverability.
Amazing! Thanks for teaching me how to use airbrake propulsion.
@Romanchik it is a mod called "upload with screenshots".
I see the plane "vertigo".
