@spefyjerbf oh sorry it turns out I didn’t read properly as well, I need it to have a delay once Act2 is turned of, but not have a delay once it is turned on. Now this is just getting confusing
@spefyjerbf Ik it’s been like 30 years but I’ve tried using the first formula on a piston to do piston things, this is exactly what I put as the input, Activate2 * ceil(smooth(clamp01(Activate2), Activate2 ? pow(10, 10) : 1 / 3 )). I can’t tell what I’ve done wrong but there’s no delay. Thanks for your help again
@metaphysicalgnome I’ve finished the first version of the map, I can make changes if you want. link
The lines on the first image are rivers, mountains and highlands, blue is rivers, thinner dark lines are mountains and thicker light grey lines are highlands. You don’t have to use these or even follow them, their just a suggestion
@CrazyCatZe Using measurement is hard cause I wouldn’t be bale to see if the exhaust plume fits the plane properly, so it can still be a successor let me build it onto the plane the I’ll re upload Just the engine part it so you can save it as sub assembly and put it on the original
Hey do you Think that I could have a go at re doing the engine exhaust? Not to say the current one doesn’t look good but I think some extra Vtol nozzles could make it look better. I’ll make all the parts I use have 0 mass, drag and the engines have no thrust so there’ll be no change in performance, only part count which I’ll try to keep low.
@TheFantasticTyphoon thanks, I still think it would be nice if there wore a button say next to the fire button that allowed you to turn it of with ease
@TrislandianAlliance I know how to do that, I mean once act 1 is turned of it stays in place and doesn’t spin back to its original position. It needs to be like this so the engine can be turned of and on.
@spefyjerbf I removed it and now the piston doesn’t retract at, I changed the start to this, clamp01 * ceil, with the rest the same
@spefyjerbf I copied the exact formula from your pinned comment and there’s still no delay

“Russian”
@metaphysicalgnome your welcome, when I uploaded them the quality was downgraded a bit so I hope once you save them they’ll be full quality
@metaphysicalgnome lemme know if this works
@metaphysicalgnome idk why, do you have a discord I can send them to?
@metaphysicalgnome I think I linked it wrong so here’s the second image by itself

@DragonLady well I have some polish in me from ages ago but I’m mostly Irish and English, I just love Polish history
@metaphysicalgnome I’ve not heard of them, though I don’t really know much about Ukrainian history
@metaphysicalgnome alright I’ll try and find some high quality maps of Antartica now but since it’s really late imma sleep soon.
@metaphysicalgnome I don’t really know how I could draw a wall, maybe just make the outer line thicker?
@metaphysicalgnome so like the rough shape of Antartica?
@metaphysicalgnome don’t even know how you found this forum post, but sure. Do you have a base map that I can go off of?
@spefyjerbf also thanks, is there anyway to make it do the opposite, delay once activated but no delay when not?
foliage
I so hope this’ll come to fruition,
Im coming for your mods
Dzień dobry, or Dobranoc depending on what time it is for you
Mig’nt
@BubbleLukasie damn I’ve been bamboozled
When you blend a rendered blender

@CrazyCatZe I can build it directly into the plane if you want, just tag me on an unlisted post
@CrazyCatZe it depends on what effect I’ll end up doing, not many parts though, definitely under 50
Also I think you should keep the red paint job

@JCCNtechnologies to my knowledge it’s not possible
Also no
@4rsh1 go ahead
@4rsh1 yeah sure, I’m not to fussed with people making successors
@TheFantasticTyphoon thanks, I still think it would be nice if there wore a button say next to the fire button that allowed you to turn it of with ease
@Megamonster yeah it is, I’m not really hell bent on winning though, making stuff like this is just fun
@Sadboye12 thanks
aaaaaaa
I used to have this toy, it was one of my favourites
The difference is one is a slug and the other is a sphere
@thefalkenreich what research plane? I would be happy to join but if I do idk if I would be to active as I’ve kinda stopped playing SP for a bit
like so
you put one of these ` before and after the thing you want to be red
Ghastly sounds
@exosuit agreed, I use a scaled up hollow Fuselage that surrounds the build
Cool effect but it looks more like your flying through some smudged clouds
@DauntlessSBD agreed
To my knowledge there isn’t a way
@Jerrrrrrrrry Summon Stratzenblitz75
type T

@Kaqiusha321 no problem, I’ve always loved the design of this ship
@PointlessWhyshouldi the snoot drooped
