Hey buddy, nice helo, I wanted to ask a question, you use an IOS correct? If so, how did you get the background of the wright airport, I thought only PCs and Androids could do that, I’d like to learn how to do that.
Well, I don’t have many tips to give but I’ll tell you this, if your trying to make a helicopter that exists, or trying to make one that has some resemblance, look at actual pictures with different angles so you can get the scale right and all the proportions correct, that’s what I do
Works and looks pretty nicely, try putting some more weight on it, it has a tendency to jump around, if you know what I mean, other than that, it’s pretty cool
Yeah, like something that I can turn on and off, i mean the idea is not to far fetched and I’m tired of Having my helicopter run away from its position @Stickman
It’s a MH-60M black Hawk, the special forces variant, I’m pretty sure I explained my case with as much detail as I can, anyways, I have a posted MH-60s Knighthawk you can look at, just go in my profile, it won’t be hard to fined, I can also post the helicopter now so you and everyone can see the problem if You so wish, you don’t have to
No no I got everything you said, I’m going to mess with it some more, anyways, thanks for the help, if I run into any other problems I’ll let you know @ZeroWithSlashedO
I got everything you said except when you said boom, it’s twice as big, you’ve seen how big my Knighthawk is I believe, I want it to be smaller, if that’s even a possibility, not bigger @ZeroWithSlashedO
Then no, I haven’t tried, Well, I’ll keep this in mind, I hear that people are able to shrink their aircraft through either mods or fine tuner, I really have no idea, if I did, I wouldn’t be asking for help. @X99STRIKER
Well I’m sorry, coding and other stuff ain’t my specialty, I’m mainly good a building, I’ll see what it does, sorry if I’m bothering you.@ZeroWithSlashedO
Yes but I’m a slow learner and it is confusing, all I need is an altitude variable so when the landing gear is off the ground, it extends, and when it’s on the ground, it retracts, keep in my not retractable landing gear @ZeroWithSlashedO
It works but the helicopter rotor I made for my chopper will no longer spin, you wouldn’t happen to know the reason to that would you? Btw, I put Vtol nozzles on the blades @ZeroWithSlashedO
Dude, you gotta teach me that thing you did with the rotors you created, I’m trying to make similar rotors but they always flop around when in flight, yours apparently doesn’t. If you could give me a run down I would appreciate that a lot
It flies but it is really difficult to control, I just had to adjust the tail rotor. Your builds will get better and better over time, I promise you that.
In general, what we need is lighting that allows the beacon lights to cast reflections on the ground, light up interiors, and to see in front of you, kinda like Simplerockets
Okay, thank you for this information @rexzion
I have a pretty good pc that can accommodate games such as squad and Arma 3 and it works just fine if that’s what you are saying @jamesPLANESii
Thank you I’ll keep that in mind @BeastHunter
+1Thank you, I’ll try it @Protoflight
You had me laughing, you have the best comment, and yeah, I see why you said that lol@Dathcha
+1Hey buddy, nice helo, I wanted to ask a question, you use an IOS correct? If so, how did you get the background of the wright airport, I thought only PCs and Androids could do that, I’d like to learn how to do that.

+1Works and looks pretty nicely, try putting some more weight on it, it has a tendency to jump around, if you know what I mean, other than that, it’s pretty cool
+1I adjusted a few stuff, it looks pretty good
I’ll try that out thanks @jamesPLANESii
Yeah, like something that I can turn on and off, i mean the idea is not to far fetched and I’m tired of Having my helicopter run away from its position @Stickman
Sigh
I don’t understand what your trying to say, I’m sorry, it’s just your being kind of vague, magic “what?” Magic mod, magic what @X99STRIKER
Never mind, I figured something out@ZeroWithSlashedO
It’s a MH-60M black Hawk, the special forces variant, I’m pretty sure I explained my case with as much detail as I can, anyways, I have a posted MH-60s Knighthawk you can look at, just go in my profile, it won’t be hard to fined, I can also post the helicopter now so you and everyone can see the problem if You so wish, you don’t have to
I’ll try that @Clutch
Understood, all I ask of you is to try, which you did to the best of your abilities @ZeroWithSlashedO
No no I got everything you said, I’m going to mess with it some more, anyways, thanks for the help, if I run into any other problems I’ll let you know @ZeroWithSlashedO
Probably one of my favorite builds aside from highly detailed helicopters
I got everything you said except when you said boom, it’s twice as big, you’ve seen how big my Knighthawk is I believe, I want it to be smaller, if that’s even a possibility, not bigger @ZeroWithSlashedO
Well your guess is as good as mine pal but thanks for trying @X99STRIKER
How do you make it smaller, my aircraft only get bigger, not smaller, am I missing something? @WNP78
Then no, I haven’t tried, Well, I’ll keep this in mind, I hear that people are able to shrink their aircraft through either mods or fine tuner, I really have no idea, if I did, I wouldn’t be asking for help. @X99STRIKER
Is that a mod? I could use a mod at this point lol @X99STRIKER
Ah, thank you I’ll try that now @Clutch
Thanks, I needed that @Leehopard
Actually my stepdad was in an AWACS directing those guys if you can believe it. @Bobyo
Don’t worry about it, I found a substitute, took me a while to figure out how other people did, thanks anyways @ZeroWithSlashedO
Well I’m sorry, coding and other stuff ain’t my specialty, I’m mainly good a building, I’ll see what it does, sorry if I’m bothering you.@ZeroWithSlashedO
Oh okay, cool @WIZARD2017
Did you use a mod to make the bullet shells? I’m planning on making an Apache and I’d like to make it as cool as possible.
Yes but I’m a slow learner and it is confusing, all I need is an altitude variable so when the landing gear is off the ground, it extends, and when it’s on the ground, it retracts, keep in my not retractable landing gear @ZeroWithSlashedO
Oh, so what are you thinking I should do, I hope I’m not bothering you or anything.@ZeroWithSlashedO
No, I’m using Vtol nozzles, I can easily change it though. @ZeroWithSlashedO
It works but the helicopter rotor I made for my chopper will no longer spin, you wouldn’t happen to know the reason to that would you? Btw, I put Vtol nozzles on the blades @ZeroWithSlashedO
Um, where do I put it exactly, do I use overload or something? @ZeroWithSlashedO
Thank you so muuuch!!! @ZeroWithSlashedO
Dude, you gotta teach me that thing you did with the rotors you created, I’m trying to make similar rotors but they always flop around when in flight, yours apparently doesn’t. If you could give me a run down I would appreciate that a lot
+1There is no pictures, I’m just letting everyone know, I’m using a iOS tablet, don’t be disappointed, I make great work. @parkrangerjerry
Ah yes, good old DCS, I’ve never really played, but I have played Arma 3 using the mods of course@ReinMcDeer
+1Thanks for the advice, I’ll keep that in mind @X99STRIKER
It flies but it is really difficult to control, I just had to adjust the tail rotor. Your builds will get better and better over time, I promise you that.
Is there a tutorial on how to control collective in VR so I can fix this issue and make a VR version, any help would be much appreciated@RYAviation
Thank you, I will check that out, I’m also basing it off of the real thing and a mod I saw once, sooo yeah@RYAviation
As in?@RYAviation
Hey congratulations!
+1She’s a little fast for my taste but control is spot on!
Seeing I’m a helo enthusiast myself, this is really good, ain’t that also James Bond’s helicopter?
+1Love your work, one of the finest H-60 helicopters I’ve seen so far
