@pedro16797 well im just saying here upvotes do not equal build quality (at the very least to a point)- its more of a rough area, think of it like a really good plane has a bad thumbnail vs a crap ish plane has a really good thumbnail. generally the way its done with challenges is each plane is personally reviewed by the host (though one thats run by a dev can get mounds of entries which yeah thatd take a long time but its far far better than using upvotes)
id genuinely be upset to see someone who put a lot of creative thought into a really good entry get stepped on because they didnt get as many upvotes as some big name creator that didnt care as much
