@Nathangaming82075 SimplePlanes has an old codebase and progress on a sequel is already underway, as well as multiplayer being costly and requiring servers. Game development is difficult, and there is no simple way to add multiplayer to a game as complicated as this.
@Kerbango @crazyplaness I have bought it three times as well. As three users bought it three times, multiplying to nine, minus two from SimplePlanes2 equals seven, which is also the same number as developers working at Jundroo, SimplePlanes2 will release in seven months on February 5, 2025.
@Graingy On the contrary, going from Juno to SimplePlanes, you’re losing a lot. Procedural engines are amazing and can still be new player friendly. The ability to optimize engines versus static thrust and efficiently numbers is a breath of fresh air.
While I love the SimplePlanes music, I think that at the end of the day the music should be more cinematic than what is currently in game. I wouldn't mind a copy-paste of the Top Gun soundtrack for it, and the SimplePlanes 2 trailer music is a huge improvement.
@MrCarrot Only on SimplePlanes website, some developer comments including Pedro saying on the Juno website that “pew pew enjoyers will be happy in the future” when someone asked about SimplePlanes weapons being added to Juno.
I love this stuff, when mixed with a little salt it can corrode things over time and it is nearly undetectable when mixed with water. It also can be used to freeze things if you cool it below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
This game is completed and in a good state, not a live service title. Jundroo has said many times that they are finished with it, and if you look at how far it has come over the years, you can see why they have every reason to call it finished.
Step 1. Impersonate one of their relatives.
Step 2. Fake their death.
Step 3. Collect their life insurance payout as one of their relatives.
Step 4. Send half of the money to their bank account.
Step 5. Watch as they are arrested for insurance fraud and keep some money.
This is the only mod I can think of for that, but you would still need to manually add a flight model for the planes. And all of the planes are actually modeled in game, don’t ask me how they do that.

…
+1Obviously this is for category 3: Funny Builds
@X99STRIKER It’s been a while.
+1@WayneInfinity0526 This is confirmed in the trailer.
Unleaded 87 octane with 10% ethanol.
When a single craft wouldn’t fit on the ROM, it’s probably not worth the effort.
+1Fried chicken without cheese chips.
+1@TheMouse I don't mind at all.

@Graingy I upvoted 5 of your forums, wondering what I could get. Anything from nothing to ownership of the SimplePlanes IP is fine.
5 upvotes. Take it or leave it.
+3The second suggestion is a really good idea. More procedural = more better.
+2@o2o No need for an alt yet, but I might need to find some way to claim the username before anyone else can.
+1No wonder it won, the radar signature looks smaller than a SU-57’s as well.
+2@HuskyDynamics01 You can’t upvote pinned comments. In my opinion, a long overdue website update.

+6@DEADSHOT16 It is.
@FartResidue Yes.
@MrCOPTY Backwards compatibility is planned and SimplePlanes2 will use the same website.
+3Mobile is planned.
@Destroyerz117 Backwards compatibility means this is likely.
+3BACKWARDS COMPATIBILITY. I didn't think this day would come, but Jundroo has outdone what everyone thought was impossible.
+2FINALLY!
+1Edit: It's happening.
Today is the day.
+1@SILVERPANZER Some jokes would be too cruel to be jokes.
+2@TheMouse It’s probably not a good idea given that we only have to wait a day.
+1@TheMouse Even if we tag him he won’t reply.
+1@TheMouse And that is where things get difficult…
+1@MrCarrot Only on SimplePlanes website, some developer comments including Pedro saying on the Juno website that “pew pew enjoyers will be happy in the future” when someone asked about SimplePlanes weapons being added to Juno.
+1We must call upon the great Andrew to answer us and show the way for the future.
@MrCarrot 45~75% Depends on the evidence that you’re looking at.
+1@TheMouse It can’t be a Juno thing because the announcement is specific to the website. SP2 is the only possibility.
+1@DatFiat126Guy19 I doubt they’d update this as it’s an old game and short of an overhaul new content can’t prolong its lifetime.
+1@TheMouse I changed it back to the old SP site default.
+2@TheMouse Funnily enough, this was the first time I’ve checked the website in about a month. Seems I was just in time.
Time to wake up my dead account and prepare the hype train.
+1@VIPERREDGAMING Considering that this was made 2.4 years ago and yours was made 1.7 years ago, I think it’s a coincidence.

+1@o2o Thanks, and it’s new years, so I will for sure be eating brisket.
+1@o2o Good.
+1@LunarEclipseSP Is it?
+1Another day, another scam bot trying to warn you of the dangers of bots and scams.
