@jamesPLANESii, @Kangy, @SheriffHackdogMCPE, “elitist” is not really an accurate way to describe the group. They only invite only good builders and modern who have good relations with the community and in one old post mentioned an unnamed bronze user as a member of said group. It’s for jamesPLANESii, I think you are probably joking judging from your sarcastic comment.
Nice try, but I can still see it though, even though all of the thumbnails are black.
.
I liked how the plane is styled after interwar experimental aircraft. It’s got 2 parasite fighters on it’s wings, which are attached in a somewhat unrealistic manner. Try puttin one parasite fighter on top and convert the tail wing with the t-tail.
Please do look into the tutorials, it’s in the game and can give you useful information on how to make a workable plane. Also, it is recommended to use trial and error when testing an aircraft, so you can improve it. Nope that helps.
Looks good, but the color scheme isn’t looking good. The canopy needs to look like real canopies, not solid opaque blocks. Painting in matte gray with a blue canopy certainly helps for some reason.
Looks nice (I cannot inspect the cockpit right now). Why does this have an absurd amount of headlights that isn’t going to be practical in a military helicopter like this anyways?
That’s pretty nice (although it would be better if you put another frame pillar in the middle of the windshield, like splitting the windshield into 2). The landing gear looks too small and incorrectly colored. Also, was that upvote from an alternate account of yours?
@Korzalerke, if that is so, then I’ll give that answer to him.
.
@Soardivision160th, the joystick snaps back when you no longer touch it and it’s a feature that you usually see when playing mobile games.
That’s the landing gear, right? You can actually and should rename the aircraft as “landing gear part” and use the “part” tag. You should also clarify wether this part is free to use, has conditions for use, or not.
Does anyone know how to fix the joystick on mobile because whenever I try to fly forwards, the joy stick snaps back in place.
Unclear. Please clarify further about this so called “bug” you have. You can send me a link to the craft.
My tip would be to probably check the attachments. Make sure that the joystick is attached to the control base.
@STLTitans, go to the part properties tab (by clicking or tapping the gear button) and there should be 2 properties that may smoothen the fuselages by their front and back attachments.
Pretty basic, but contains functional parts. Why a gyroscope here? Anyways, good luck with building a good, functional cockpit for VR; I cannot access the plane and see the functions and I do not have VR software because I do not want to have one because it is a waste of money.
@XAircraftManufacturer, you can use text labels and code funky trees to make functional guis. Essentially, this makes for a good “glass cockpit”, a type of cockpit with a few screens instead of many gauges. The stock jets (except for the Hellkeska) are one examples of crafts using screens instead of gauges.
@CNOceanLin, a successor post should automatically have an auto-credit with a link to the predecessor. I do not know but there has been a glitch where if you save the craft enough, the url might change and no longer counts as a successor.
Looks good but the design reminds me of the days when SimplePlanes was still in an early stage. Good car though. I’d wish it had looked better with smoothing, et cetera.
If you are posting a craft that is related to the current situation in Ukraine (e.g. “Ghost of Kyiv”), do note that said post’s comment section will be filled with political bickering and will eventually be removed because of that; the post may also get repeatedly reported mostly for “harassment”. If you intend your post to be a political statement, do not be surprised to see it removed by a moderator because any and all politics are against the one rule about politics and religion.
The tank has seen improvements, apart from the distracting colors. Now there is one very important question, where is the auto-credit to the original, predecessor post, despite being a successor post?
It’s a good plane for Valentine’s Day, but the Valentine’s Day already passed. The jets should be located behind the wings besides the fuselages, so as not to put enormous strain on the wingtips.
Nice plane. The cockpit needs some adjustments (like hollowing the cockpit by replacing those full fuselages with hollow fuselages and using fuselage cutting techniques.
.
But wait, was that a plane before the updates that brought these features here?
@Korzalerke, Actually it is possible to hack then sell those accounts to the black market. I was going to say that these accounts do have little or no commercial value as this is not a famous website to date. I can think up of various methods, such as:
Phishing (like advertising for fake upvotes or being a fake password recovery helper as a bait to give them useful information to hack accounts afterwards).
Brute force access (like trying multiple passwords, likely difficult or outright impossible).
There was one incident though that an account got successfully hacked. Luckily the owner changed it’s password to prevent future hacks.
.
What I actually mean by the “default patterns” are the default profile pictures, like the one you’re using right now, that have distinctive patterns that are generated according to your email address.
@Korzalerke, sorry, this was confusing enough. The first time I thought it was hacked. The profile change and inaccessibility can be a sign of a hacking but you did not tell me the profile changed back to the default patterns. So I misjudged the situation. Thank you for your information though. I will try to learn better, but first tell me how to look into situations correctly so events like this will not happen again.
Judging from this forum post and Korzalerke’s comment, the account might have been taken over by a hacker. This is just my theory regarding this new kind of incident and I cannot guarantee this will be true.
I can see improvements, but...
- Is the landing gear even retracted anyways because the ground clearance for the aircraft appears nonexistent (the underbelly is touching the ground).
- Landing gear probably needs to be a bit bigger. Why not use the stock part named “Landing Gear”?
- The gyroscope is still there. I guess you really have no choice but to retain the gyroscope there. Sorry.
- (NEW) I also want to point out that some of the cockpit buttons are way to big and take up too many space in the center console.
- (NEW) Aircraft would not work without wings, and jet’s are an inefficient way to propel the craft. So why not take the osprey as reference and start to make one big set of straight main wings with rotating propeller pods on either side with xml-resized propellers. Or, you can also put 2 large 8 bladed helicopter blades to create a tandem-rotor aircraft (like the Boeing CH-47 Chinook).
@Joshi13, skids are on lighter helicopters, whereas larger helicopters need larger landing gear, not only for strength but to allow them to take off horizontally like an autogyro.
.
Also, your cockpit does need improvement. The dashboard clips through the windshield, the texts are not rotated parallel and close to the screens, and I don’t know what are those extra joysticks for. There should be another color for the interior so it does not look like the exterior’s everywhere.
.
By the way, when you create a newer version of the plane, do put a redirect to the new plane on your old plane, so people can view the newer one (instructions here).
@Joshi13, I recommend you use large enough landing gear, via XML, via overload mod in the mods section of the initial game. Big crafts need big enough, realistic wheels.
Well, a literal “airbus” with a good shape. The landing gear looks too small and flimsy for such a large weight as this. I personally don’t like gyroscopes, but I’ll just go ahead and upvote this, since it looks quite realistic apart from the landing gear, small propellers, and gyroscope.
It would have been better without that distracting colors of the tank (which make it look like a low quality successor). By the way, have you created the parts yourself, because it’s pretty detailed. Also, a high part count of 676 does not make it mobile friendly.
Pretty good but the plane is a bit odd. There is no smoothing, the wings rake back like fantasy diesel punk, and the refuel probe is placed on top of a drag-generating structure. I like the design and the good amount of realism though. The cockpit does not need to have that unnecessary strip of light inside.
.
By the way, naming Beriev, created aircraft requires that the word “Be” be placed in front of the numbers, separated by a dash, as in “Beriev Be-12”.
@xNotDumb, I am sorry, but I removed it because it does not feel suitable for me. The original comment explains why you felt me as a stereotypical “nerd”, because of how I interrupt questions like Brainy Smurf.
@Mage2IsTriggered, was it because of the suspension or because the fuselage’s hit box is weird.
Note: username colors do not apply to the red name tags above the crafts in MultiPlayer; the hex may be displayed, along with the username.
Ah, that’s more like it.
.
Good job, anyways!

You should use fuselage smoothing to make it look good. Otherwise, nice.

@CNOceanLin, you can credit the creators of those parts in the description.

@T8flight, yes I did notice that, but it needs to look thicker, so the siding doesn’t seem to jut out for not apparent reason.
Looks good, but the color scheme isn’t looking good. The canopy needs to look like real canopies, not solid opaque blocks. Painting in matte gray with a blue canopy certainly helps for some reason.
Hahaha, American hot rod culture in space! It looks a bit nostalgic either.
Like the suggestion. I put 3 votes. It should replace the original, non-procedural engine.
Looks nice (I cannot inspect the cockpit right now). Why does this have an absurd amount of headlights that isn’t going to be practical in a military helicopter like this anyways?

@T8flight, you see these pillars on the corners of wooden houses in North America. That’s what I call “edge pillars”.
If ErayTurkish needs some clarification or is confused, please clarify to ErayTurkish, so he can help you out correctly.
@Korzalerke, if that is so, then I’ll give that answer to him.

The Giant, Flying, Aquatic Dinosaur!
The average teenaged high schooler boy’s dream has come true...

The cockpit fuselages aren’t sliced correctly either. The wing position implies that it is a variable wing, but the rotator’s aren’t visible.

I like it, but my way would be to either use SimplePlanes to create pieces (which would be very hard), or use Blender instead.
Looks good but the design reminds me of the days when SimplePlanes was still in an early stage. Good car though. I’d wish it had looked better with smoothing, et cetera.

Looks cool and realistic. But you need a good paint job of yours. Anyways, did you build this all by yourself?

Maybe the Wright airport is abandoned. Most large airports have lights per safety and regulation but some airports do not.
@xNotDumb, some of them can contain things that you would soon finish from teasers and/or private chats or planes. I recommend not.

Love the copter here. Really accurate at a slightly low part count. I have no negative opinions about the looks.

Looks like Tolkien’s world anyways. What are those icebergs a below the continents anyways?
Ah, yes, never seen another functioning transforming robot, since that Optimus Prime build.
