Very nice and smooth! I cant wait to see what you do in the cockpit

  • Tupolev Project 509 4.7 years ago

Lol thats ok, don't worry about it @asteroidbook345

  • Tupolev Project 509 4.7 years ago

Hmm, good point. Does a code like Fire"insert weapon name" exist? @asteroidbook345

  • Tupolev Project 509 4.7 years ago

I know that, I just didn't know if there was a way to make a rotator move when that weapon is being fired. Say for a trigger mechanism in the cockpit? @asteroidbook345

  • Tupolev Project 509 4.7 years ago

What if the weapon has a specific name? Say "50 cal." @asteroidbook345

  • Grumman F8F Bearcat 4.7 years ago

    No problem! @KTTS

Oh, I don't know Russian planes that well. I know you're really good at funky trees, so if you don't mind me asking, do you know if there is a way to activate a rotator when a weapon is fired? @asteroidbook345

  • Grumman F8F Bearcat 4.7 years ago

    Cool!

Awesome job! I like the blue paint, its very interesting for a jet plane like this

  • Brewster Buffalo 4.7 years ago

Haha yeah, fighter pilots are a different breed @Tang0five

  • Brewster Buffalo 4.7 years ago

No problem! Just imagine if a pilot had an engine failure low to the ground and needed to land! @Tang0five

  • Brewster Buffalo 4.7 years ago

Great job! I could be wrong, but I believe that the pilot had to crank a handle 28 times just to extend/retract the gear.

  • Tutorial: Mirroring Texts 4.7 years ago

I do that too! Its very effective and saves lots of sanity lol

Cool! Looks very well done. Its a shame that the game gives different reflections than regular fuselages. The paneling meets up perfectly and matches the fuselage, yet the game makes it look very geometric

  • VEF I-16 4.7 years ago

One solution could be to nudge the exhaust pipes closer and then move the wings forward. Anyway, the detail is amazing considering the part count @Bife

  • VEF I-16 4.7 years ago

Very nice detail, especially with the rivets. However the wings are way too far back.

  • [Teaser] Jet Age Makes the Ejection Seat Necessary 4.7 years ago

Sorry for eavesdropping, but if you get that parachute code could you share it with me? It would free up an activation group on my F-4 @QingyuZhou

  • F-86 Sabre Republic of China (With Ejection Seat) 4.7 years ago

I must agree! Perhaps try some later fighters like the F-14 or something along those lines @QingyuZhou

  • F-86 Sabre Republic of China (With Ejection Seat) 4.7 years ago

    Awesome job as always!

  • F9F-2 panther 4.7 years ago

    Yep between the J and 900 @Diloph

  • F9F-2 panther 4.7 years ago

I would’ve been happy too, but you tagged me wrong so I didn’t get anything. There’s no dash in my username. Anyway, it looks and flies great @Diloph

  • Sad 4.7 years ago

Thats a shame, Im sorry dude. From the way it looks, it seems like this is your most detailed plane yet... In the future I recommend posting unlisted work in progress's after any major change is done, this way you have an easily accessible backup. Anyway, I'm sorry that happened, I know it can be super frustrating

  • GyroPlane Mk.II 4.7 years ago

  • Need Mod Feedback 4.7 years ago

I cant test mods, but judging by the name it sounds amazing. I have a forum post regarding some campaign-like ideas if you want to look at those

Imagine posting frequently enough to actually get points, couldn't be me

  • Mitsubishi G6M1 "Ki" 4.7 years ago

Other than it, its an impressive build. Very smooth and clean design @asteroidbook345

  • Mitsubishi G6M1 "Ki" 4.7 years ago

Looks great! Realistically, however, visibility from the cockpit would be so bad that carrier landings would be impossible

  • Gauges Pack 4.7 years ago

Thanks! Im using these in a p-51 incase you're wondering @jamesPLANESii

  • RJ SeaDestroyer B2 5.3 4.7 years ago

Awesome! The nose art is done very well and it adds a lot of personality to the plane

  • Gauges Pack 4.7 years ago

Also when attaching the bank indicator, do you attach from the spring or the main body of the gauge?

  • Gauges Pack 4.7 years ago

Could you give a list rom left to right on what each gauge is? I know most of them, but I cant figure out some of the others

  • How to change rotator speed mid-input? (Funky tree help) 4.7 years ago

I finished building the plane, so the next thing I have to work on is the cockpit. Seeing as it is the weekend, I was hoping you would have the time to help me figure out that formula @spefyjerbf

  • Weserflug P.1003 4.7 years ago

  • Lockheed P-38J-15 Lightning 4.7 years ago

I have a little question; How do you make something stop working after a certain speed is reached? Im only asking because I remember this using something similar, where the engines would shut off after 5 minutes of WEP usage. I was wondering because I want to have control surfaces stop working after the plane passes its never exceed speed.

  • What does "legacyCotPos" on propeller engines do? 4.7 years ago

    Oh ok, thank you @jamesPLANESii

  • Nakajima A6M2-N Rufe 4.7 years ago

    Nicely done my friend!

  • Oh my god. It took me this long to learn these things... 4.7 years ago

I found this out by accident, but I’ve used it on every build since

  • [Teaser] Jet Age Makes the Ejection Seat Necessary 4.7 years ago

You’re right! I never noticed it because the fuselages are so vastly different @QingyuZhou

  • [Teaser] Jet Age Makes the Ejection Seat Necessary 4.7 years ago

Thats impressive. I would wait until tomorrow to post it, its getting late in the U.S. so not too many people would see it @klm747klm747

  • [Teaser] The Voodoo... 4.7 years ago

Wow, this looks amazing! Idk if you are taking suggestions for liveries, but I really like the blue stripes. Also the stars on the last picture, if you could do that with a blue tail

This looks awesome! You're gonna have to make a Mig to go with it!
