Updated Bagel Racer
With better tuned suspension
Faster steering
Better wheel traction
Slight lift
More realistic acceleration
My personal taste in paint scheme ;)
Great vehicle, very well built
Significant under steer for a performance focused truck
Suspension should have been double wishbone
Springs need to be weaker with less dampening force for high speed desert racing, they are adequate for speeds under 80 mph
I was a big gamer back in high school and wanted to make my own games but had no idea how. It was hard to learn game dev back then, because the internet was terrible. I found my saving grace at a local Barnes and Noble in the form of a book by Andre’ Lamothe called Teach Yourself Game Programming in 21 Days. To be honest, it took longer than 21 days (probably closer to 21 years) but I was able to start making my own games. They were completely terrible, but it was fun. It was then that I realized that I liked making games more than playing games.
After that I got a degree in computer science and got a job at Boeing working on flight simulators. I started making iPhone games around 2009 and after having some success on the app store I was able to quit my day job and focus on game dev full time. That’s about when I started this Jundroo thing.
Yes it does, LR3s have pretty easy to change suspension, most owners do it themselves. take the wheel off, just disconnect the airline to deflate them, unscrew the bolts, screw a new one in, reconnect the air line @SuckMint
Thanks for the advice, this car has air suspension that takes about 1..5 hours per spring to replace, and basically anyone can do it. not much harder than oil change/flat tire @SmSmThe10684
It’s a little ridiculous to use repetition and memorability as the sole measure of weather a forum is worth existing. There are only a few types of forums and most forums DO indeed fit into categories. Also, what was that forums from a week ago? You don’t remember. Forums are for sharing thoughts and information about the state of the game and website, and it’s not up to us to decide whether or not someone else’s thoughts are worth sharing. @F104Deathtrap
That’s correct I’ll still be here but I’m leaving my “call” to film time builds and presentation. More official declaration of what I’ve been doing for the past few months anyway @SavageMan
I’m not really working on it much, but for people like you who request it, I give early acces to the prototypes :) @FlylarbWebarebear
Let me know if you want to talk about any of of it.
I hope SP provides some fun and lightheartedness
MacOS Safari?
Didn’t get tagged, make sure you spelled my name correctly ;) @K2K
Sure, give me a tag on it @K2K
Move the wings back or add weight to the front
+1This should solve your issue
If not, post it and tag me so I can help
That one is a real game changer @Gestour

Definitely @Learpot
Try re building the nose, look at a few other plane references. Everything else looks good so far @PhantomAviator
+1Make the performance slow
+1Slow turning
Slow acceleration etc

Since putting your real name in your username isn’t allowed, I picked Chancey, which is a random combination of letters and numbers
I highly recommend never using massScale=“0”
Instead, use massScale=“0.01” or “0.001”
Using a mass of zero creates random unsolvable physics issues that are hard to fix

You coming back?
+7Actually:
Developers can integrate mods as an option into apps; SP already has this for overload and fine tuner
How can I install the raytracing on MacOS? @MisterT
I do this
Shader?
Rendering Mod?
Hummer?
I need links
I’d love to but I’m retired, I don’t have time :\ but I can offer small bits of help for anything you want @Juanfly154
click here for my personal tune and mod of this car, I think it performs more predictably and more fun
Love rally cars
+1Coils replacement on rovers is for lazy people, the airbags suspension lasts 130k miles so nah. @SuckMint
Interesting, I’ve heard many firsthand accounts from owners that it’s easy @frame

No what? @BuiltBionixInd10
Parts are $600 mechanic was charging $1,500 @AsteroidAsteroidTheBook

Yes @SmSmThe10684
Where can I find this?
Actually, 11 people care... @F104Deathtrap
Just don’t click on the post. If you want to make a complaint, just put it in your bio
Aha, didn’t notice. A more practical product would be a four seater requiring only 2 85-100 hp engines @jamesPLANESii
You could even try car engines
For the size of this plane, you could use two small ultralight engines @F104Deathtrap
T
Bronze is from 100 points to 999 @2LtnofWWII 1,000 is silver
+1Yes, I’m working on getting my pilots license @2LtnofWWII
+1Thanks, means a lot @Hedero
I’m leaving full time and don’t have the will or want to finish this project with good presentation screenshots video etc... @POTETOZ
+1Just letting people know to stop expecting builds from me even though I do play the game every now and then @SavageMan

+1AG4 spins the rims, this causes the fishtailing problem. I planned to remove them entirely for the production model @MrSilverWolf
Never heard of, not enough marketing
Curious, have you heard of me?
