Well that statement sends a message that you are going to get them. Kind of a fear tactic and then you call them terrorists. It’s a contraction as someone who uses fear as a weapon is a terrorist. @realSavageMan
😂 I don’t care abt your lineage or being racist or anything cuz honestly I don’t care. I just letting you know it’s not a logical comparison that you made. @JakeS
First of all ww2 is usually the worst historical and logical example. As it is a very extreme case... Second, mods don’t ban for no reason before a ban normally they consult each other on the mod discord. Yes, I know abt this @EternalDarkness @JakeS
Hey i like it a lot its just super hard to control the main turret. When you use the VTOL slider it should change the turret pitch in proportion to the VTOL slider. Here it seems it takes one-tenth of the slider to make it go all the way up or down making it very hard to control. Also, the turret traverse moves very fast and is hard to put on the target. Everything else is very elborate and it looks very good!
Hi I like it a lot! The control is just not very good I would recommend that you never use gyros on helicopters especially for yaw. For countering the rotor torque go into the xml values and set everything that says torque to zero. Then you will not need weight on one side or a gyro for it. You also want to have COM on the same x and z axis as the rotor. This should help you a lot. Good job on the details and cabin!
@Hedero No I don't want to get one bc the military actually doesn't like it when you have it. It ingrains you with a bunch of habits they have to boot out
Yeah AOA is hard to control in SP so most builders make it more stable for ppl with just keyboard and stuff. So most of the time I don’t get upset with AOA@GuyFolk
So before you come on here and call it’s flight control crap I would advise you to do some research. I like you bro but you shouldn’t do that it’s not cool at all @Hedero
Ok the hornet can NOT do the cobra. It’s FLCS system limits it to about 30 degrees AOA. for a pugachev cobra you are at 90ish AOA not gaining or losing altitude. In regular flight you have your FLCS on at ALL times. Especially with a payload or regularly fueled aircraft it would be impossible. The only case where hornets do extreme maneuvers at about 50 -60 degrees AOA are at air shows where they are fueled at about 30%, they are customized for air shows and there is no payload. Even if you could simulate that and turn off the FLCS in here, it takes an extremely experienced pilot not to crash. As I know people who have flown F-18s and fly F-18s and F-16s myself in DCS I attest to the fact that the f-18 is actually a less maneuverable aircraft than the F-16 which also cannot do any of those maneuvers.@Hedero
I hope you don’t mind if I do give you some tips to improve though. Most of it is technical. For the thrust make sure you are dividing the planes real life engine thrust by the simple planes engine thrust and you will have the engine power ratio to use to get correct thrust. That’s probably the only thing I can think of. If you really want to imitate the engine you can also do this with a regular engine without afterburner thrust and then add a VTOL engine with that extra thrust tacked on. If you need me to be clearer please let me know. I am excited to find another builder kinda like me and some others on here who are committed to realism
Wow!! I’m very very very impressed with the realism! The thrust is a bit off but everything else is spot on!
@Hedero
The turning speed is actually very accurate most planes can only pull up to 8to 9 Gs and it normally takes about 10 seconds to make a 180 in an F-18 at optimal speed. Gs are not the main unit in which to compare turning and I would advise you to did some research on it
You’re funny if you think that’s a valid argument. If you’re serious I would advise you to learn logic.@RYAviation
Also, I am sorry to add but the shape and color of the bombs do not match JDAMs and the Hellfires are painted incorrectly as well
plumes of smoke? will we get that with the next update? Mig-29s are fun but i need that huge frickin black trail that follows it around on AB
@realSavageMan well, not a fear tactic but you get the point
Well that statement sends a message that you are going to get them. Kind of a fear tactic and then you call them terrorists. It’s a contraction as someone who uses fear as a weapon is a terrorist. @realSavageMan
Smart to use cctv mod cool interface too!
+2Cool UAV although your rhetoric in your post could use some improvement. Lets blow up some terrorists dude that’s literally a contradiction.
Coming in the next couple months hopefully @ACEPILOT109
😂 I don’t care abt your lineage or being racist or anything cuz honestly I don’t care. I just letting you know it’s not a logical comparison that you made. @JakeS
You would make a great politician @JakeS
So basically clickbait argument that has no logical basis. Wow. @JakeS
Updoot and spootlit
Shoot u right 😂@shipster
+1(Insert judgmental comment here) jk lol funny man
Look Kool

Heh
Heh
Nice.
Ah yes, Meme Amsterdam
Ahhahahahahahhahahahha that’s pretty freaking good! This is facts we need a fix
+3I’m sorry but wtf 😂
Damn. Looks pretty good. Tag me.
Su-30 wedding gift? @ACEPILOT109 @Acepilot108
+1Yes, because clearly moderators= Nazis. Great comparison. 🤦🏼♂️
+1this big of a fighter should have 2 engines pretty much to do anything tbh but it looks very cool
great cinematic!
Also,I believe that the gun casing is also supposed to go down when you aim up: link

+4@Red0Bull i cant get discord parents won't let
just tag me on your unlisted and ill respond to ur stuff via comments
POV: Russia's navy
+5Absolutely. Genius.
@Hedero Im on my way to college next year so Im trying to figure out if im gonna do the reserve backdoor or through ROTC in college
@Hedero @GuyFolk Im making a better version of this plane with AOA wing loading correct speed and weight
+2@Hedero No I don't want to get one bc the military actually doesn't like it when you have it. It ingrains you with a bunch of habits they have to boot out
Yep that’s the “feel” you get when you fly a real plane@GuyFolk

+2Also, 200 mph is much too slow to perform aerobatics and would most likely stall at the first high AOA turn. The f-18s best turn rate is at 400mph.
+2Regular combat aircraft cannot do anything like a cobra nor can most air show craft. With the exception of the F-22 and Russian jets@Hedero

The gyro was pretty damn smart btw
+2Darn@Sm10684
Ik but your always posting lol @realSavageMan
+1Is it a shrek challenge?
Wow point farmer
