Well I mean I was talking abt mostly stats such as armor, firepower, and K/D ratio but I see what you mean. It is not a reliable tank at all but it sure is a venerable foe. I think he’s talking 1 on 1 cuz the m4 and t34 were technologically not great tanks. They just had numbers. The KT II was basically an upgrade the spawn of the tiger I and the panther so I think of it as taking the best of both worlds from those two.
Ideally it wouldn’t have had such an underpowered engine and it would have been able to actually be able to be produced en masse. Another tank I feel that people forget a lot is the Russian IS-2. Pretty effective at countering German armor.@shipster
Panther out of those options but the King Tiger II was probably the best tank. Although it wasn’t mass produced to to lack of materials a KTII could take out an average of 8 Sherman’s before being put out of action. Most of the time it was taken out by artys or airplane bombs as the armor was much too thick for most allied guns.
Yeah I think that’s hard to do I mean there’s the b-29 tail way but that also isn’t great. I think I was able to do it on my FW-190 but I low key forgot lmao@Hedero
Hey I did notice something although it may have been too hard to implement. The tail section. If you look at pics the tail is blended although idk if there was a weird technique issue here
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook for it not to go in a 360 all you need is a clamp lol. IDK how to make the AI automatically start shooting at you tho on the B-29 so I am trying to figure that out.
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook the problem with auto-aiming tail turrets are the dorsal turrets those things are weird to code. I had an AI B-17 I reworked with auto-turrets. The tail is easy but everything else I pretty hard to do.
Ok everyone chill out. I am quite versed in business so let me try to explain this. There is a difference between profit and revenue. Most of that 4 million (if that figure is right) will go back into the business or go to costs and little is actually leftover as it takes a lot of money to run a video game platform. There's money going to servers, development costs, employee payments, which are probably average, and there's a multitude going other places. Subtract the costs from the revenue and you get profit, probably not much since the costs of the videogame world. If that figure is even scaled the same thing happens. Like @WNP78 said, they dont have 16 extra employees so revenue is also probably less.
Also, an engine upgrade is being studied for the F-35 which would improve efficiency by 5% or boost thrust by 8-10% so there is quite a bit of wiggle room left on those estimations
I actually did a bit more research on the engine myself lol. The flight testing done so far says it can hit 1.6 but they haven’t pushed that envelope yet. Doing some calculations by comparing thrust weight ratios with the f-16 i calculate that the F-35s maximum speed is closer to Mach 1.8. If we were to add airflow ramps to the intakes however, I assume it could reach up to Mach 2 or higher. Another thing to add... the F-35 only gets into supersonic at afterburner but once you get it supersonic it has really good energy and speed retention only needing to put the throttle on minimum afterburner. The F-35B and C cannot go as fast because of the widened fuselage which adds much more drag. I assume that those two could probably only reach 1.8-1.9 with airflow ramps. 1.6 is probably much more accurate for the b and c models. BTW the 1.6 base number is basically it’s combat speed bc most of the time you won’t be going Mach 2+ in a actual combat scenario when you have lots of fuel and weapons.
@ollielebananiaCFSP
@ollielebananiaCFSP lol i know a lot about planes if you couldn't tell. But next time you talk about specific planes pleeasee do some research. A lot of people out there that basically spread disinformation bc they don't know what they are talking about. Not trying to be rude just trying to help. :)
Also, all of our other jets are susceptible to cyber-attacks EXCEPT the F-35 which has now been updated and does not have the same 70s-90s programing the f-15 and f-16 have
Oh god🤦🏼♂️. This is the thing that ppl don’t understand, yes the F-35 has some major drawbacks, but it has many features not even the F-15E has. For example the high powered radar, the extremely small radar cross-section(which is so small you will have visual range combat before your radar detects it), and the sheer technology inside the jet. The F-35 is much more capable than any of our current fighters even the F-22. The F-16 while being able to carry more weapons is much older and is vulnerable to new radar jamming techniques. The F-35 is also getting a new air to air missile which will increase its lethality twofold. The F-35 right now is not even in full scale production and the fact that it outclasses any of our current fighters should be indicative of what we will get when it’s finished.
@ollielebananiaCFSP
The fact that the F-35 takes a while to get to Mach 1 is the main problem with the F-35. With its underpowered engine and now it’s new flight restrictions it’s pretty hard to do supersonic intercepts which are important.@ollielebananiaCFSP
Actually engagement ranges deal heavily with how fast you are going. It’s called lethal range and is heavily influenced by speed and altitude@ollielebananiaCFSP
@ollielebananiaCFSP the f-35 cant reach supersonic without afterburner btw. That's why there is such a controversy with the pentagon restricting the time you can have your afterburner engaged on the F-35B and C models
It really would be nice to have a thrust vectoring F-35. They literally just could have slapped on some F-22 nozzles on the A version and it would have made it much more maneuverable. Then it would be able to beat an f-16 in a turn fight smh.
Something about it makes it look cartoonish... might be the cockpit try looki mg at the edges a bit more and then tune them. Or maybe it’s that it doesn’t have details yet...
Coolio
Yo these paneling skills are for real! 😱
Wait a second does this have a coffin dance? It should lol
I was about to say you don’t deserve it but now I know you really don’t you click-baiting troll lmao

I don’t even know
Ok but if you have crappy internet like me sometimes, it will post it three times due to the sever not responding in time. So yeah. Bad idea.

F-35 now stop trashing it

@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook oh you dont have to be level???!!!
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook hmmm well i saw someone do it with a gepard but idk how
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook for it not to go in a 360 all you need is a clamp lol. IDK how to make the AI automatically start shooting at you tho on the B-29 so I am trying to figure that out.
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook wait nope it was a b-29
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook the problem with auto-aiming tail turrets are the dorsal turrets those things are weird to code. I had an AI B-17 I reworked with auto-turrets. The tail is easy but everything else I pretty hard to do.
@AsteroidAsteroidTheBook wow you really had to do some idea stealing lol
dats kool
go stick your head in the dishwasher. for fun. jk lmao
You had my hopes up, but I was sorrily disappointed when I compared the images! The last three look much more realistic. lol gotcha

I thought the devs said they weren't gonna do SP2
Cool
Looks cool I’ll flight test later and give feedback
+2Btw you did the nose shape much better lol
I can always flight test lol I am very familiar with the jet.
Also, an engine upgrade is being studied for the F-35 which would improve efficiency by 5% or boost thrust by 8-10% so there is quite a bit of wiggle room left on those estimations
Might ditch all my other projects and make an F-35 as it is my favorite plane and I know a lot about it.

The f-35 is NOT a support jet

Although it accelerates too fast other than that I really really like it!
i updoot gud realistik plan lol

I swear that meme has the weirdest origin story of all time
+1K it must have been the details then@Hedero
Something about it makes it look cartoonish... might be the cockpit try looki mg at the edges a bit more and then tune them. Or maybe it’s that it doesn’t have details yet...
It’s only possible if you take your phone and then you turn it into a pc but that’s the only way
Wow really really nice I like the CIWS especially
Is it basically an added XML property? because being able to scale the heat haze would be awesome
Ive done it. check out my ejection seats on my t-38 its basically just the same code as lg stuff
ah, yes the weird cockpit version
Btw nice mg 42! What did you idea as a template?@Locurapuntocom
Bomber but stretch it out a bit more lengthwise and I would really really like it 😃
+1
