@AndrewGarrison First of all the helicopter parts are great! Love the model on them and the amount of customisation and the new USS Beast model is amazing, love the new launch cable and arresting wires!
Just a few things I’ve noticed in the xml part nudge thing, sorry don’t know the proper name but meh...
I feel the slider system in 1.7 worked a little better because 1.8 feels a bit clunky, also you can’t tap and hold the button to constantly change the value like in 1.7
The new rotation system is very nice and is really useful, I was wondering would there be an option to have the nudge part bit above the rotation bit? Simply I just use it more and saves me the second or so (taxing I know) of scrolling down and accidentally changing the rotation of the part.
One more thing, the helicopters seem a bit sluggish and unstable is that meant to be the case? If so is there going to be a tutorial on how to properly build a helicopter like there is for I think it’s a twin prop?
Other than that it seems great! Love what you guys are doing and love the new beta! (I’m ios btw if that’s relevant to the coding or whatnot)
@AdlerSteiner @Delphinos @Minecraftpoweer @RailfanEthan Thank you all I’ll give these a test soon (I’m a wee bit busy) and I really appreciate the help!
When will the next update for SP be btw? Just curious :) I like the new feature but would it not work better if you could switch on and off the notifications for it that way you have the option and if it’s annoying you can switch it off? Nice feature though!
@ThePrototype That’s a bit strange, never heard of that happening tbh and also thanks! I’m just popping on casually now and I have a few planes due an upload :)
@BaconRoll Cool, the army probably used the rest for target practice, they did that with a B-29 and some guys restored it. I can’t remember if it was FiFi or Doc but both are now touring round the US I think.
@AnOlympicWalnut Thanks very much! I think you’re correct with the rudder resembling a Yak-3 and the cockpit is a little thicc due to the wide main fuselage, the intake point is very interesting and I haven’t noticed it till now so maybe in a future version/update (yes more spitfires to add to the collection) I’ll fix it. Thanks very much for the feedback, it is greatly appreciated! Also I like your evaluation method, especially if I get an 8/10! :)
@Strikefighter04 Thanks I did everything but the hull myself but took a no clip piece and shaped them for the detailing on the deck and used inlets for the lifts. I’m actually quite pleased with this lol
@50Airworks Haha cool, I’ll be looking forward to your new stuff your one of the best ship builders I know that builds amazing ships that can run on mobile! Would you mind if I made a request : A WW2 destroyer like the ones escorting the USS Tiny two please?
