1: put throttle 60%
2:put vtol all the way up
3:you will go up so push your nose down for acceleration
4:100% throttle
LANDING
1:reduce vtol from 100%(3 notches) to 50%(between notch 1 and 2)
2:extend landing gears
3:you will have a slow descent but be patient, it's key for "buttering" landing
4:slightly pitch up when close to ground
5:put throttle to 0 and vtol is neutral
