I really think in order for SP to stand out it really need to specialized
Take SR2 for example, for a lot of people it's just KSP without the green man.
SP dont have the scale of KSP, dont have the world of stormworks, pretty realistic graphics of Flyout, and beautiful tire physics of Dream car builder.
But what it have is really easy building style that's suitable for small scale single craft and am all for that, but it really need a lot more feature.
And the introduction of FT really changes things. If other aspect of the game is as accessible to player as FT input, I believe the player base could really do a lot of awesome things, of course under solid physics, stuff like proper aerodynamics simulation, colision, etc.
I kinda wanna get in to SR2 for a while, but detered by the unfimillar building style and keyboard shortcut.
Is there any possibility to have SP style of builder in SR2?
in short i think SP needs to be specialized
For now SP can do a lot of things, but just kinda
3D modeling is kinda there, air/fluid simulation isn't there, physics simulation (ie interaction between object, joints, collision) are kinda there and gameplay is kinda there
But it's all kinda. It's good for somebody to get in, but not good enough to really make something great.
I think a good start will be built in scenario editor and or proper multiplayer
It could massive improve the playability of the game
In my opinion the next step for SP build system is block occlude/merge
This could make buildings a lot straight forward and hopefully reduce a lot of unnecessar polygons to improve performance
with mouse switching between different parts and go into the setting sucks
It didn't take that long, but when U are building things you have to switching between different parts, and it's just taking too much time
And also no mouse support for Android. I really wanna use mouse and keyboard to build on andriod

ability to save forum post as favorite like normal aircraft post
+1And maybe a sorting system for favorite post by folder user had set up
rotator: exsist
+3Wolfhunter: you are buildings now
love this one
+1mad lad
+1such a shame i didn't found this challenge earlier
this is why this game should be ported to UE5 just in case someone build something like this
im glad it's almost 2023 and people still enjoying my humor
you should have this in 25 part challenge
this looks fun. png
When mom said no more planes
nice and simple, unlike mine
boat
+2aggressive himb
that's indeed a car

it's been a while has there been a build that need super computer
+5t
cool plane, but take off spped of 230 are a bit too high dont u think?
+3nice himb
I thought that is sideways early ROC flag
+1himbs is simple
+1everytime i see this kind of build i feel very sad that this game don't have proper gears
Actually really great
+1The second best thing we could have for SP i believe is Scenario mode, where we can set up event to play and to share
and a SP style of building mode would help massively for SP player to get into SR2
+2This plane
+1that's go for the nurburgring upvote number
+1himb is simple
CAR
Yeah, the global rotation limit is really kinda balls
+1with Limitlessspinn it helps a little, but still not good
this got the spirit tho
@DogeToTheMoon this is technically a mind engine so
I get what u mean tho
@IceCraftGaming thanks, it's made before 1.12 so paneling it goes
+2@ColonelCanada i mean, the play time count in the profile says joined 4.9 years ago
So I guess
+1That's a weird looking miata
@ARU556 yes your are indeed in a plane game with crashable building
Pics looks like legit racing game
+2Yes, plane are Fan powerd
wow
Actual music piece played in SP
T
but i still think the wheel are proportionally too small
that's a name

+1I wonder what people will do with this build
probably will make it fly or something, idk, this is a plane game after all
+1woooah
honestly the FT details and cockpit & dash detail are really cool
the tire tread label do make this super laggy
+1too simple
