Hot damn!
This is the greatest Normandy I have ever seen on this site!
I am truly impressed on the skill and effort that has been put into this...
MisterT, I tip my hat to you in awe...
The Luftwaffle's Wafflecraft!
- Waffleschmitt 109 (fast as fork light fighter with 20 mm syru-ff autosyrup cannons)
- Waffle-Wulf 190 (powerful engined light fighter with 7.62 mm Walfyrup-17 syruchine guns)
- Waffleschmitt 262 (faster than speed of light jet engined fighter with two MK-103 30 mm wafflecannons and a pair of Walfyrup-151 syruchine guns)
- Stukaffle-87 (best dive bomber with a pair of Walfyrup-151 syruchine guns and very scary Eggo waffle commercial sirens)
@AmericanPatriot
better version:
"And now, the runway's near,
and so I face, the final landing.
FO, I'll say it clear...
...I'll state my case, of all my (flight) hours.
I've flown, too many planes.
I've travelled each, and, every tarmac...
...and more...
...much more than this...
I've taxied my way. (Without ATC perm ofc :D)
Crashes, I've had a lot... (Probably because avoiding ATC.)
But then again, too few too fatal.
I've flown how I had to fly...
...and saw it through...
...without a casualty (or injury)!
I've set, each ILS...
...each smooth landing...
...across the runway...
...and more, much more than this...
...I've landed, my way.
Yes, there were landings, I'm sure you knew...
...when I touch-downed, worse than Ryanair!
But through it all, when the tires blew,
I'd go to TO/GA, and go around!
I faced tail strikes, and I took off...
...and then landed my way!
For what's a Captain? What has he got?
If not sober, then they'll recreate FLIGHT (Movie).
To fly the way, they're told to fly,
and save no words, for MH (Malaysia callsign) 370!
The flight logs show, I took the hours...
...and flew planes...
...MY WAY!"
-- --Jundroo-natra,1969.
DISCLAIMER:
I added MH-370 as part of the lyrics because a main factor it went missing was because someone *purposely onboard flew the aircraft off-course. That's why I added it. It is NOT added to make fun of the missing flight. It is only added due to the off-course factor. Edit: o my god this is my most longest comment ever lol
Legend says that the strength of this legendary tank demonstrates how hard, forcefully, and rough the drivers lob your cute M1919 Browning packages through your window...
If you're not careful and noclip out of reality in the wrong areas, you'll end up in the Backrooms, where it's nothing but the stink of old moist carper, the madness of mono-yellow, the endless background noise of fluorescent lights at maximum hum-buzz, and approximately six hundred million square miles of randomly segmented empty rooms to be trapped in.
God save you if you hear something wandering around nearby, because it sure as heard heard you...
Harmonica Monika, Sitting Satsuki, Urinating (or as true memers call it, 'Yurinating') Yuri, and finally, Sapping Sayori.
Or if you want a Global variant,
America Monika, Na-Party Satsuki, Wyoming Yuri, and finally, New York Sayori.
And if you want a better Russian/Soviet name for Monika, then how about 'Sovienika', @KudaOni
Personally, I believe that this is one of the most beautiful liveries put on a 747. The perfect combination of a glossy navy blue, a smoothened, light-bird blue, and the mixture of a fluffy cherry red and blossom pink is just the ultimate livery. For me, it symbolizes the aircraft soaring in the light, cloudy sky, and slowly landing on the soft ground, where the cherry blossoms bloom and stand tall, just like the 747. I also believe this livery looks its best on only the most well-crafted 747s on this site. It really packs in the smoothness, glossiness, and the fluffy texture on a nicely done 747, in which this build is one of them.
You know... Something I have really been thinking about is submarine depth implosions. I mean like, what if there was a (submarine) build in which once it surpasses a specific depth, it explodes! (Or implode, which is the official term.) I feel like it would really be a great idea. Well anyways, this is a very fine build, and interesting idea..
I never believed that the community in this website would and could go this far... This advanced... At this point in time...
I think I'm loosing my mind.........
Nice build and post...
I remember when I first saw the dream...
It is a faint memory, that's for sure!
A huge nose, tilted wings with the most powerful engine had I ever seen...
I remember I used to model the plane quite often, it was small barely the size of my index, lying on the palm of my hands, while in reality- it was the opposite. "A gorgeous whale" I had used to call it. And it truly was.
It was this morning when I had seen the titles of articles in big, black, bold letters: "UKRAINIAN AIRFIELD RAIDED - AN-225 DESTROYED"
I froze at that very moment, even the slightest of tears came to my very eyes. Hands shaking, teeth clattering. It was, really, at that very moment when I knew...
It was only bound to get worse from there.
But in reality it wasn't, I mean like- they said it would be repaired in about 5 years, 7 at the most.
But most news said that it was most likely beyond repair. Overall, I pray that it is just repairable, and the Mryia still flies on, the gorgeous whale, swimming across the Ukrainian skies, and clouds, and finally, nature. 🙏🏻 🇺🇦 🙏🏻
@RepublicOfCursedPlanes
This is an amazing livery!
But I have one request:
Could you make Singapore Airline's "Tropical/Rainbow" livery? It was a promotional livery intended to promote latest cabin products, and service offers across the airline. The livery was painted on two 747-400s, in which one of those aircrafts would be involved in Singapore Airlines Flight 006 (A B-747-412, registered '9V-SPK').
The second Boeing 747-412 bearing the "Tropical" livery was retired following the crash. It's only a shame this beautiful livery doesn't exist within Singapore Airlines anymore.
Asides from that, this is a very well detailed model of 9V-SPK. RIP those who perished on Flight 006.

I hold those who understand the reason of this build and Flight 006's story with high respect.
+4Also, very detailed build!
Would it be possible if you could make Carnival Fantasy? It is a cruise ship that I believe looks quite similar to this vessel.
