uh yeah, definitely has NOTHING to do with the drag scale, A LITERAL ONE HUNDRED FIFTY NINE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY NINE THOUSAND AND FIVE HUNDRED THIRTY SIX DRAG COUNTS, like, B R K K
AWWWW A TANK BOAT!!! reminds me of one I made early back then, I think it was X21? it was based on the Indonesian Tank Boat project and its suuuch a goob, it was also when I started getting around ships, man, now I wanna build one again..
@WinsWings understandable really, one of the rarer non-radial japanese aircraft, didn't the Allies got confused thinking it was a German fighter of sorts was it?
@windshifter1 it's a NASA joke, among my favourites are :
Fishing Orbit - craft has entered water
Lithobraking Maneuver - crashed into the ground
Engine-rich Exhaust - the engine, either due to heat or faulty design, has cease to exist
Unpromted Transfer - ded
@LunarEclipseSP my aim is probably that now, avoiding burnout and balancing life and all, though if you want, I can give a little sneak peek for next week, I've finished it like while ago and archived it for next week since it's probably gonna be a lazy week next one is, though the itch that is the Blackburn Shark is stalking in the corner, I want to build thaaat one
@SkyIsTheFuture it's kinda hard to explain since it's kind of an innate sense you learn, but if you want a dirty fix, scale your wings to 0.5,0.5,0.5 and adjust accordingly, that's how I usually did it back then, though if I may say, it's better to train your innate sense foremost first, a tip I'll give is that, if it flies shit, it lacks lift(if you already understand wing placement CoM and stuff)
@IslandSinker is it not the pre-powered rotor that got to decent rotate speed with the help of the engine that allowed it to have short and slow takeoff?
@KPLBall I'm more towards the side of no, but hey, gotta start somewhere; I'd say a good example of a PES is my IJN Yukikaze, which despite it's part count being 400+, compensates with it having a lot of details relative to it's part count.. or maybe my MRNS Solyeil, that one's decently efficient too
