Don’t know if you saw my last comment but I made a mistake thinking this gun was supposed to be stainless steel before reading the description hahaha. This is a great build and I love the ejector system!
@Tang0five hahaha only one MiG upload per week. They are a good starter aircraft to make and if done right I think they can be pretty great. The general shape of the plane is wonderful so I’m trying to find other similar ones which haven’t been posted to death on here (@IrFritzruss No hate to this mig, it’s a really good build and I’m glad you posted it hahaha)
It looks pretty good but I think some changes would have made it better. The CoM is a bit high up so it tips over when turning at around 30mph. The thin wheels (I know you addressed it) don’t feel right on this one. Thicker wheels gives it a lot more weight spread out over a larger contact area with the group, this making it less likely to get stuck and giving it more traction for navigating tricky terrain. Despite this though the overall design looks cool and the thin wheels would work alright in the limited role of urban combat
@Alta2809 the name isn’t actually called that for the reason you think. Fagot with one g means Iron which has been hammered into a shape. I believe this was the original intention behind the name being sort of a dig at the soviet engineering
This is a really neat looking MG-42! You got all the parts pretty much spot on. Bullets are a little slow and it shoots like 5 times too fast but that’s not too big a deal, makes it kind of actually. Really awesome build!
Pretty cool build. Did you build all the detailed parts yourself (afterburner, cockpit interior, etc)? Also it looks good but the unrealistic flight performance kind of takes away from its appeal to me but that’s just my personal taste
This is really really good. It looks fantastic and flies pretty well too. I will say that I would recommend taking it down and uploading it in around 12 hours though because this isn’t the best time for uploading usually. If you do, tag me in the reupload and I’ll leave another upvote :)
This is really well made. The details are great, especially the railing and rigging. The self destruct button also adds a cool touch with those life boats. It would be nice if the different cannons had different AG activation groups but other than that it’s very cool. The way you make smoke is also awesome. Great job!
@EngineerOtaku yeah it’s good to get to know funky trees. I like to keep my flaps on the VTOL controls though since that way you can control the degrees the flaps are lowered. Maybe what would be cool is to have them lower a further 10 degrees every time you press another AG. Would it be possible to do that with funky trees?
Whoa! This is one of the best builds I’ve seen in a long time! First of all, the plane looks and flies fantastic so great job on that. Secondly, the missiles and how you can fly them independently from the airplane is done really well. Great idea!
This doesn’t feel way too much like a B-17 but it’s a damn cool build! I love the gun and the features it has and would be awesome if it was a whole separate bomber instead of a B-17. Nice interior too. Very enjoyable to fly and use
Damn this really is a cool machine! It looks really good and flies well too. If you added flaps and gave the wings folding tips (for aircraft carrier storage), it would be even better! Overall Nice build!
@GeneralPatrick2 lack of power is easy to fix with XML. You can just increase the power of it but I don’t think you’d even need to that much. Reducing drag helps the most with increasing the planes top speed and it also helps reduce lag
@GeneralPatrick2 To be honest this one seems cooler than a pusher only plane. Do you still have a save of the pusher one? I’d like to take a look at it to see what’s wrong

+1Add this word to the xml files of a missile under the “missile” section: maxTargetingAngle . Then put 180 as the input for it. I hope that helps!

+1@Wolfgamer3566 give it another go! If you need some help feel free to ask me :)

+1Man I wish there was a way to save/favourite forum posts. This is brilliant!
+1Mondriaan is one of my favourite painters. His works are some of favourites in the Rijksmuseum
+1Lovely! Flies very nicely

+1I love this! Very cool idea for a build that both works and looks fantastic and very realistic
+1This is a really cool build! Flying wing style bombers look great and this one is no exception!
+1This is really good and that landing gear retraction is painfully slow. Gives you a small feel of how it was for those pilots
+1A really astonishing build for so few parts! Wonderful work

+1Disappointing to see you didn’t give credit where due

+1Nice one! This is a well made replica and I like that you put the arm hook out. Can the hook turn all the way around though?

+1@EngineerOtaku ohhh whoops, I didn’t realise!
+1Pretty neat build!
+1I meant more because it doesn’t have manual pitch so you don’t have to worry about it hahaha
+1Good looking and simple to control! Nice work!
+1This is really nicely made! It looks and flies great. Some flaps would be a nice touch and help during takeoff but other than that great job!
+1This is a lovely portrait of me
+1Very well made! Not the easiest to control while hovering but it’s fun to fly and works pretty well
+1Pretty cool build! Its quite fun to use
+1@Enderhawk cool! Nice combination
+1This is a really impressive build. Cool concept and well made
+1Nice one. It’s fun to use and works well
+1Damn this is really neat! It runs really smooth and turns great
+1This is also pretty well made! The front gear should be a little longer but other than that nice job!
+1@ElectricVehicle the plane isn’t inherently unstable. It’s just because the left flap needs to be inverted. Other than that it flies pretty well :)

+1@TurtlesThatFly one of my last builds called sea sparrow is a jet with folding wings. Take a look at how I did that and maybe it could help you out :)
+1Pretty cool build! The often forgotten and somewhat odd upgrade to the Iranian F-5s
+1This is a great looking and flying ground attack aircraft. It looks perfect for either Sandy missions or to be operated as a COIN aircraft.
+1Damn this really is a cool machine! It looks really good and flies well too. If you added flaps and gave the wings folding tips (for aircraft carrier storage), it would be even better! Overall Nice build!
+1Cool! You’re getting better and better. This would go well under the Korean War tag
+1Wow! For your first upload this is incredibly good! The plane both looks and functions great. I’m looking forward to seeing more of your builds
+1Nice one! This is a good looking build
+1You did a real good job on this! Nice details around the cockpit canopy area and the shape is very good. Nice work!

+1This is a really cool idea for an aircraft! It looks good and flies great. Nice job!
+1@jselbach yes! That’s usually when I get my best work done. Flying from LA to London was a good one lol
+1@jselbach sure thing! I’d be happy to help
