Basically you want to attach your weapon of your choice to a inactive dettacher and cover it with fuselage with its mass (do it to the detacher too), drag and collision turned off. The fuselage must be connected to the detacher and nothing else. And to put it on your aircraft, connect it by the detacher.

However, there is a more complicated method. You do every step from the previous method but instead of turning off mass and drag you divide it equally across all parts. For example, if your coustom weapon has 10 parts in total (including the in game weapon used), divide the mass and drag value which is 1 by 10 and you get 0.1. Put this value in all pieces mass and drag value (including the weapon used).
@Dillboy949 turn off aircraft collision on the surrounding fuselage pices by going to the overload menu. For example, if it's on the nose of the plane, then turn off collision of the nose pices. You won't have to do it to all of the pieces.
Well I had my own experience with ai. I was trying to shoot down a glide bomb I made with a ship. I was little close to the uss beast and co. And then the glide bomb which I spawned in as aggressive ai tries to kamikaze me (Predictable), missed me completely and hits the carrier instead. And the destroyers turns on me, like what did I do. It was skill issue on their part that they couldn't intercept an incoming threat
Actually,it's a Surface to Air Missile System. Artillery is a gun or rockets with big caliber made for anti armor or fortified structures or for supporting troop movement
@NoProjectAvailable go to overload menu and set disableAircraftCollision to true on all gear part. And most importantly, custom landing gears works best in medium or higher physics settings.

Are you on android? It could be because the bomb has an unreasonable explosion scale. The bomb clipping through the ground? Bombs and missiles and sometimes the whole aircraft goes through the ground because of high speed.
Or it's some bug.
@126 just make sure you have important files (like your favorite build or the ones you were working on or all of them) copied and moved to somewhere else. Then go to play store and leave beta. That's the only way as far as I know.
@126 well, I am on android and there is this option in the play store to join or leave beta. If you are on android, you can do that and won't have any consequences (I think) . Don't know about pc though. Before you do anything, back up your most important files just to be safe.
@Chaunhkhoa you see the eye shaped button, press it. That will show a few more buttons. Below a cube shaped button is blueprint. Press it and that will open a menu on the left side. There you can chose the view (Top view, front view, side view) and open an image from your file.
@Samfpanzer suspension is at max strength. The tilt angle can be fixed but the barrel is the problem. The formula I used to calculate the launch angle assumes height to be the starting position of the projectile, which in this case is at the tip of the barrel. I have set the height to be the position of the rotator that elevates the cannon.
That's what I think the bigger problem is. If you want to take a look at it, let me know. I will upload it as unlisted and tag you there.
If all else fails, either I will have to post it as it is now or find another formula that considers the barrel length.

2 players not being able to post the same helicopter feels unfair. How would you even know if someone is making the same helicopter as you.

It's even worse when you try to redo right after. Learned it the hard way.
