Patience. Also, find a good resource you can use for reference. Personally, I use 3 when building. Google image search of the plane, the-blueprints.com for a schematic of the aircraft (with scale so you can measure), and lastly the wikipedia page for details about design features. All of this infor helps you translate to a good looking model
@Sebo1789 Side note as well, when using XML make sure you change any part that goes inside another part to no collision. That way your wings/gear will close flush and not bend everything out of whack. Still, this is a great first upload. Keep up the good work!!
@Thecatbaron Anytime!! Great technique on the cowling. It look really nice. Also like how you shaped the upper fuselage behind the cockpit. Very smooth, and very realistic. You've got yourself a new follower!!
@Gemista Np. Its funny. I looked at my feed, saw your plane and thought 'Its been a while since Gemistas put anything up' as I clicked. Chuckled when I read your description.
@TheXDimension32 to be honest, you would have been a placing contender. Your paint scheme was very well executed in that it was original, you kept the shape of the plane well and your paint job is smooth. Only negative marks i see would be for the added weight, which was against the rules.
An honorable mention for the competition. Unfortunately, it was not included in the grading session because its not a successor and I overlooked it. My apolgies for that. Have a spotlight and some upvotes.

+3Awesome job!! And nice part count too. Not sure if on purpose or accident, but I chuckled.
+3Side note. I think my favorite part about this whole build is the recoil for the guns. A small effect with great results. You make this look easy!!
