I failed to discern whether the airport was on a raised foundation or not. First approach and landing was quite hard. Great work. Maywar is a little less sand and boredom now.

SP will stay alive for as long as it can. Once time's up we can just move on to other games. It's already been said that SP won't be getting any more updates cause it's on an older Unity Engine. It'll be highly complicated to port the game to a newer engine version.
If Jundroo wanted SP gone they would've done so right away. But for the sake of the community it built up over the years, they just left it behind. And it's all up to the playerbase whether or not to keep stuff running.
Meanwhile mine still exists when it has a swastika too.

SimplePlanes is old. If we're talking massive update, it'll be a pain in the ass for them to do cause this game runs on an older Unity platform which is more complicated to work with. Porting old stuff into a newer engine could potentially break them, and it'll be back to square one just fixing every single problem.
This is like finding a musket and giving it attachment rails, a laser, a taclight, an infrared scope, underbarrel grenade launcher, skeletonized stock, and a pistol grip.
Doesn't matter if you did it on accident or deliberately. You just have to carefully watch next time where your finger goes(If you're on mobile) or where your cursor is really hovering over(If you're on PC)
