And for the power I suggest to limit the max rotation speed of the wheels. There is also a parameter for that, it allow a max degrees rotation of a wheel a second. just find the right number and your vehicle won't be able to exceed this speed.

So First... There is the controls. We usually use Pitch for Forward/back moving, instead of Throttle. With the Throttle, you can't move backward. Because Throttle is only from 0 to 1, and a car engine is -1 to 1 by default.
I think also a better steering angle would be nice.
And... There is also the power of the Tank ( /truck ?) which looks like we are driving a Fiat 500. Really, that's really underpowered. I don't know the power of this thing in real life, but a off-road wheeled tank can easily be able to climb a slope of 25° or better.

The main problem is that your rudder don't have wing physics, it causes that we have to realign with the yaw all the time. Also the movements are limited because of the gyro, and sometimes a helicopter is better without gyro. Also, you assigned each light to one Activation group, we have to switch on them all, that's weird ! You can use only one AG, it's easier.
Otherwise I like the similarity with the real one. Nice job !
