I must admit, I have actually never seen this method of stabilizing tanks! I might actually use this for a tank I'm presently making that I'm naming the M78 Skofnung. I'll tag you on it if this idea works out!
@TTL
SEALs are special forces. Very specific tasks that require extreme precision and skill are their forte. Marines are the US's force in readiness, able to be put on the ground anywhere in the world within 24 hours as the first troops to engage with an enemy or provide humanitarian aid to those in need. Marines are essentially Navy infantry. We're also the guys that go ashore on a landing party and secure beach heads, harbors, etc.
@Dmit1300
My best advice, considering I posted this like a year ago it feels like, would be to use the formatting shown and align specific text characters with what you're looking for.
@Lake Yeah, that'd be fine. If the turret doesn't have an interior, then make sure you grab the shock that holds the gun together, delete the breech, and just use the barrel and shock itself.
@MrOofington
Unable to add amphibious capability for the time being, the turret being as big as it is renders that an impossibility for now, and the turret is the size it is due to the need to house 3 personnel inside it (Commander, Gunnder, Loader). It would be more feasible and practical to mount an unmanned turret, and that would also allow for more soldiers to be housed in the rear.
@MrOofington
Went looking through my unfinished builds, I have an 8x8 wheeled hull similar in shape to the Hrafn IFV, it's large enough to accept a turret that can mount a 120mm and is capable of accepting thicker armor.
@MrOofington
To provide sufficient protection against such rounds as 3UBR11, I'd have to almost triple the armor thickness or add some form of lightweight ERA, both of which would compromise the weight distrubution of the vehicle. That would disallow amphibious operations. Adding a 120mm manually loaded cannon would also necessitate a larger turret, of which this chassis will not be able to easily fit without altering or completely removing the crew cab in the rear, and not without severely compromising stability on both uneven terrain and in water, given the armor requirements laid down. Having capability to fire LAHATs wouldn't be an issue if the requirement wasn't for them to be gun-launched, either. Having them gun-launched would require a larger turret ring or bustle-stowed ammunition, both of which also lead to a larger overall turret size. The protection against chemical energy munitions such as RPGs and IEDs is already present, in terms of both armor and active protection systems. Mounting even a remote control .50cal would also prove a challenge without enlarging the turret, of which the detriments and disadvantages have been mentioned. Given your requirements, you might be better off using a modified M51A1 Hauld. It may not have the capability to carry troops like the Hrafn, but it has the capability to meet most of, if not all the requirements laid down by the WRMC and WRLF. The Hrafn, unfortunately, is not a suitable platform to meet such requirements. If you wish to wait for a more advanced option, I will soon be releasing my M78 Skofnung Advanced MBT, which will also be able to meet most of your requirements in a better fashion than that of the Hauld LMBT or even the Mjolnir MBT
@ShinyGemsBro
Any of my.vehicles you can use, my only request is that you share feedback about its receiving amongst TFM SF units and general vehicle feedback on how you feel it performs and functions. I will say though, I wish I had mitigated the barrel collision issue, and made a slightly wider wheel base.
@ShinyGemsBro
By all means, you can use it however you'd like lol
Although, to justify the stupidly heavy weight for what SPHs typically have (35 tons), I kinda had to give it armor kinda like a modern light tank. Means now it can be used closer to the front lines and can take far more than just shrapnel and small arms fire like most SPHs
@Nerfaddict
Life been busy lol
Still in the Marine Corps doing bullshit stuff, started playing Helldivers and picked up Arma 3 for a bit, etc. Two girlfriends (poly)
@Yourlocalhuman
I'm out in the field right now, but I'm going to start working on designs on paper to make an SPH version. Not yet certain how I'll pull off IDF capability, but I'll start something and see how it develops. I've been stagnating on this for too long and have had several builds planned out but never uploaded, and I need to get off my fat butt lol
@U2
+2I've had the name since before the game, my dude. I've barely ever played it because I don't have an interest in murder mystery games
@CaptainSquadronLeaderX indeed it is. One of the hardest bootcamps out there.

+1Arty tutorial canceled indefinitely, too video-awkward to make tutorial and making a forum post about it doesn't feel right.
@Sakorsky
+1Artillery tutorial canceled for now, need to re-familiarize myself with SP, it's been a good while.
@Sakorsky ohh I think I remember once I said I'd make that
+1I can do that tomorrow! Hopefully...
@Sakorsky ???

+1If I ever get around to re-making it or even playing SP again in general, the M18 isn't exactly what I call upload-ready.

+1This howitzer was designed to be towed. That's why it has the towing eye, retractable legs and wheels, and all that.
I have an airsoft version of this. One of the best spring rifles you'll find on the market for it's price

Just a touch, mate. Got caught up with me mates inna pub near London, you know?

@DARZAVIATION
Spotlights? Like, modded or no? If it's modded, I already have tracks mod on my stuff which leads to fewer downloads, unfortunately
@YarisSedan
I just need someone to tell me what they find that's working funky or doesn't seem to be working correctly xD

Can someone verify if this works with Opera GX browser?

In hindsight, probably could've done better lighting or positioning on the thumbnail.

I'll admit I thought the ALTV would be more successful.
@Nerfaddict
Indeed it has
@TTL
Yes. That was a LONG time ago though.
