Christ! Droops we’re beyond me then but with the latest update I could rectify that….. I hate that wing it would have to be completely redone as it looks like a geodesic nightmare. I do like the trident however I have a back log of builds and really lack the motivation/time to build these days! @Mamontan
Glad you're back! @GhostHTX (and seemingly to stay!!) I normally build over a period of months/years so this sort of challenge was refreshing but nonetheless damn vexing to meet the requirements.
Damn good stuff regardless! Noticed you’re on iOS still - unless it’s a decrepit old device like my brick you should be able to get designer suite and replicas should be a doddle to do :) @GhostHTX
Cheers, very kind of you! @Krikkit42 yeah I didn’t realise how hard it is to build with 50pts or less - I like the look of your entry I’ll have to take it for a spin!
Reference to the ejector seats? Yup, only the two pilots had ejector seats. Everyone in the back had to bail out - unfortunately a lot of accidents happened at low level/landing or takeoff which rendered bail out attempts useless for the rear crew. The pilots would walk away though.... @Haytham115
Thank you! I think you are all trying to get me on a bite ref the superjet ;) check the description and look at the plans at the bottom - it was built using designer suite and should closely resemble it :) @BlackWidowSquadron
Beautiful build, really captures the spit in all its splendour! I know tail draggers are a handful on the deck and this took a few attempts to take off without going into a tank slapper. Shame the underside camo wasn’t continued from the front cowling for the rest of the build. Lovely job all in all!
Thanks for your interest. Yeah the cockpit has a long way to go. The engines like the rest of the build are from a blueprint. I have noticed discrepancies between plan drawings so just stuck to the most convincing one I could find. That’s my excuse and I’m sticking to it :) The livery has been done with the new fangled fuselage slicing with this livery in mind and will be fiddly/time consuming as heck to make it plain without just painting the panels white. I’ve noticed a few operators of the type only went for a tail livery so would suffice for a few airlines? @Augusta81
Lovely job, used to get these buzzing my house when I was a kid! Overall neat build - I’d avoid using the fuselage cone part for aircraft noses as it never looks right and somewhat spoils the look. There’s issues with the dials constantly spinning - not too sure what the workaround is for fixing that I’m afraid.
Bloomin marvellous! Wish I could build this quality when I was bronze - it’s also a rare type so that gets my attention. For a few parts more you can add simple liveries to civi builds but I’m sure you’ll pick this up as you go along!
No way! I’m building something with this particular US Airways livery too as it’s one of my favourites. Neat job here by the looks of it - will try it on pc later.
Quite agree with @ShootsPlanes - nice part savvy civi build. I wouldn’t have used props for engine parts on a turbofan powered build as it just sounds wrong. I get why you used them for aesthetics but unfortunately that sound can’t be toned down. Nice build though I look forward to you next builds!
Really nice flight characteristics nice job. I noticed roll invokes a yaw motion as well - is this a gyro out curiosity? I’ve toyed with them on some of my civi airlines and can’t work out if I like them or not.
Glad someone finally did this ship, awesome!!
+1Bloomin marvellous! Great nostalgic livery, brings me back to being a kid watching these take off.
+1No no, you’re all grouped together to us across the pond. Just like you reckon Scotland is in England!!! ;) ;) :)
+1An enjoyable build bravo!

+1Cheers! @Kendog84 certainly one of my older builds!
+1Great looking build, is it my device that’s causing the woeful pitch response or am I missing something?
+1I’m quite proud to say I didn’t upvote the original. Nor shall I this one.

+1Definite intruder/marauder vibe - v nice!!

+1Sorry, that was next in line to be completed but I seem to have distracted myself with a sea vixen :) @VincenzoYoutube47
+1Great looking build! How do you get to play underwater with it - it’s not a mod is it?
+1Much preferable to meme builds! Have a spotlight!
+1Find the xml wings buried at the wind root and add more. I don’t like infinite fuel and put in enough to potter around between islands. @Stevan
+1Glad to see you building again old bean! Spiffing kite btw!

+1There’s a phair phew phantom puns here….
+1Nice straight forward 111!
+1Sorry dude I’d only disappoint you - I build far too slowly as I never seem to have the time these days. @Augusta81

+1As a proud owner of a Nokia 3310 I upvote this creation.
+1Distinct Russian feel to it!

+1I thought any general ww2 build does alright on sp? @realSavageMan
+1Like the seat in the back. That must be for Ivan to mix the pesticides and shove them out the door by hand :)

+1More importantly what plane is that fuselage from?? :)
+1Jolly good!

+1Did you keep building this out of interest? Think the fuselage looks promising. Like your profile pic by the way (RM with LMG)
+1Neat idea I must say, shame there’s a modern looking gauge slap bang in the middle of the cockpit but bravo!
+1Really nice flight characteristics nice job. I noticed roll invokes a yaw motion as well - is this a gyro out curiosity? I’ve toyed with them on some of my civi airlines and can’t work out if I like them or not.
+1Nice flying thing and all but can we see more of Miss Coral Queen please....... :)
+1Viva la 1.11 update!!
+1For silver this is really epic - I’m assuming you’ve had another profile at some point?
+1Ha ha like the cockpit display picture!
+1Smoooooth. It’s soooo smooooth!!
+1Lovely squadron insignia, unfortunately there’s a hefty auto roll to port I’m finding.
+1Damn nice, and damn, it’s high time I made a VC10!!
+1Neat build, well presented!
+1What a beaut!
+1Cheers @TashaTashaTheBuggy glad you think it’s worth it!
+1Love that 70s RN livery!
+1What a beaut!!
+1Love this!
