From front to back, the compartments are: Fighting compartment (the gun), engine compartment, crew compartment and passenger compartment.
Here is a guide to ranks on the SP website:
White: 0-100 points.
Bronze: 101-1000 points.
Silver: 1001-5000 points.
Gold: 5001-25K points.
Platinum: 25K-infinite points.
Red: Website moderator.
Blue: Game developer.
Black: Former game developer.
I saw this when it was first posted, thinking "oh, it'll get a couple of upvotes and then disappear", and I've only just realised that it has 117 upvotes. HOW?! It is a white-grade build!

I've realised another ship and I'm willing to sell them to you. They are cheap vessels, and you can buy seven or eight of them for the price of one frigate.
