@MassiveSimurgh I read your description very carefully. My question toward the mods really has to do with how much power, if any, you actually have over if others use some body else's build.
@Blue0Bull or @EternalDarkness Can a somebody set rules like this and then get a moderator to act if their rules are broken?
If I were to publish a sub-assembly of this build or attach it as a subassembly to one of my own aircraft (and mentioning in the description I used a cockpit build by MassiveSimurgh), could MassiveSimurgh than summon a moderator to “severely punish” me for breaking his ‘3k minimum score’ rule?
@GeneralPatrick2 You should do whatever you are comfortable with. That said, I highly recommend watching some youtube video's explaining aircraft stealth technology, as it is super interesting.
@AndrewGarrison Thank you for taking the time to reply! :)
Unfortunately running without mods or antialiasing does not stop the freezes. I have tried the latest drivers (and even some older ones), but there was no improvement.
Is it possible to confirm if the issue is GPU related, based on the crash log? I suspect my GTX 1070 Ti is starting to fail, as I can see the GPU utilization drop to 0% as the game freezes.
@InfamousRedSkull @Embo Guys... I highly doubt it is a virus; the update I downloaded came directly from Microsoft, as it was just a regular windows update. Besides, all other programmes work flawlessly.
Just to check anyway, I ran some scans. All of which turned up nothing. :)
@Embo But of course, sir. I'm a poor student so I slave some of my free time away working for an ISP as techsupport, I am fammiliar with the magic spell 'try turning it on and off'. :)
Also, to display a picture it is the same thing as tsampoy explained, just with a '!'. This will load the URL into the page, so if it is an image it will display said image.
There is two things I am really hoping for, that I also believe are fairly realistic:
A terrain update. I do not think they should drastically change the existing islands, but adding three or four more islands (each with different unique airports) would be amazing already.
Some relatively simple quality of life improvements. For example, a simple navigation system that uses the compas in the same way the wind direction does; give each discovered island a distinct marker which is displayed on the compas, so that getting lost is no longer a issue.
Ofcourse, it is completely unknown if simpleplanes will even receive an update at all, as the devs have not mentioned anything.
@FlyingCat5000, @NatsukiHoshino and @TirpitzWantsPlanes; Thank you for the upvotes!
@Gestour No problemo!
+1I played around a bit to get it to fly better at low speeds. It needs a combination of larger pitch control surfaces and more lift.
+1I like it :)
Looks cool! I really like the unique prop placement. :)
It does fly a bit like a brick, though. At low speed it almost litteraly falls out of the sky.
Thank you, @TheNightmareCompany
@MrShenanigans A variation of this plane I build a long time ago: https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/waH57N/Merel-Mk2-Jet-Fighter
If you use the discovered spawnpoint inside of the base, the defense systems will not target you.

@SCP1471 Yes, I am.
@SCP1471 Sorry to disapoint, but the background is infact not slavic. :)
It is the courtyard of my student home, in the Netherlands.
@SCP1471 Do you mean the plane, or the background? :)
@Gestour I went ahead and build a small ship / boat. I can not test it with the ocean mod, please let me know if it doesn't work. :)
+1@Gestour, I assume the AI will use the yaw input to steer? Is that correct?
What an amazing build!
I agree with what Ruvien0Republic0Officer said. In my experience this is basically always due to a part collision / connection.
@GeneralPatrick2 You should do whatever you are comfortable with. That said, I highly recommend watching some youtube video's explaining aircraft stealth technology, as it is super interesting.
+1@AndrewGarrison I completely reset the PC with which I am having this issue, installed all the latest drivers and installed a different GPU.
Despite all this, both SimplePlanes and SimpleRockets 2 keep freezing after a little while of gameplay.
Would you perhaps have any other suggestions as to how to solve my issue?
I'm really lost...
Quick edit: I've been running more tests in the background, other games seem to have no issues.

@TheLurkingVexedVortex I mean... That is what is says in the crash report, right?
@AndrewGarrison, I've tried to fix my issue for three days. Could you please help me?
@Dimkal, for my curiosity: what is the 'triangle technique'?
@Infinite17 I am indeed Dutch. :)
I have a Ryzen 2700 CPU, 32Gb of 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM and my GPU is a GTX 1070 Ti.
Thank you @Strikercritsilver
+1I love it!
+1What do you mean by 'mixed up'?
@WNP78 Sorry to bother you, I'm really at a loss as to what is causing the issue. Could you please help me?
@AN2Felllla The game keeps freezing, even without mods.

I've been having fun designing a small tactical stealth bomber, perhaps you'd find it fun to give such a craft a try as well?
+1@Embo But of course, sir. I'm a poor student so I slave some of my free time away working for an ISP as techsupport, I am fammiliar with the magic spell 'try turning it on and off'. :)
Sadly, it did not help. :(
@tsampoy I like your explanation more...

I'm pretty sure links are done like this.
+2This thing is great! :)
@AN2Felllla I have a Ryzen 2700 CPU, 32Gb of 3200Mhz DDR4 RAM and my GPU is a GTX 1070 Ti.
This thing is great! I like it alot :)
Use rotators.
+1Thx @GCPrototypes
+1Thank you! @Jaspy109 and @Treadmill103
Better idea: make it possible to assign custom recorded sounds to parts (like guns).
I do not want my minigun to sound like the GAU-8 all the time. For example, I'd like to have a plane with gunsounds from the 23mm MP-6.
This is an amazing aircraft!
I really like the functional cockpit. It doesn't fly very well though.
@AmaeroLLC Thx! :)
Thank you for the upvote! @ACEPILOT109, @mLk17 and @tsampoy
@LockheedLover and @Tankistrus37 Thx!
@Shootlegger Thank you! :)
@mLk17, thank you!

+1Simpleplanes is not anywhere near realistic enough to allow for a 1:1 flight model.
