You can either reduce the maxForwardThrustForce or both maxHeadingAngleAdjustmentRate and maxVelocityAngleAdjustmentRate.
@5Ewok well in this case you need more something like a Stinger/Mistral SRAAM missile, or even a modern AAM like a Matra Magic or an AIM-9L... The AIM-9B might be a bit old for that.
