@asteroidbook345 oh yeah then you're using integrated graphics which is pretty bad for graphics rendering, that'd explain why reducing reflections increases frame rate
Simpleplanes is incredibly child-friendly and can help foster an understanding and curiosity for planes and not just how they work but why, only way to communicate is to make an account on the site or to go on multiplayer (but you need modifications for the game and some technical know-how to access multiplayer), even then both are usually pretty clean and friendly, if you plan on making an account for your kid i'd say to keep an eye on it but i'm sure you already know to do that.
In summary simpleplanes is an excellent game for children with developing minds, and was definitely one of the best games of my childhood.
@Jerrrrrrrrry if it was a joke, i think you should've made it more obvious that its not free to take, its unfair to mislead people into thinking they can post your build then putting them on blast for doing so.
@Plane66373637 @SanitaterAirlines i also have autism, that part of the description isn't so much of a joke as something i witness irl in a summer camp for autistic kids, changed it up a bit so it made more sense.
@WIZARD2017 yeah, thats the only down-side to using damperMultiplier, but i'm pretty sure adjusting the rotator speed to compensate should work, but I'm glad to hear it works better now!
@AndrewGarrison do speed modded rotators get me disqualified, i'm using speed modded rotators for some control surfaces on my plane, i ran it through the in-game race qualifications for prop races and it passed but just to make sure could i get disqualified? Definitely don't want to be banned from future tournaments for a mistake.
@MRMDAWURM in the rules it says no weapons, also a good way to test if your plane works for the AI is to put it in the "Race Against Opponents" sandbox mode
@Chancey21 its derived from a joke, often used at someone's expense. And its cheap, boiling a eulogy down to a single letter is disrespectful as you're giving the impression that their life wasn't worth much more than a single letter to you. At least that's the way i see it.
@Mattangi2 ye, cause also i didn't do the lights, i might actually make a full version and upload separately, imma get fuckin intricate on the screen tho (might even make it walk if i feel like it)
@CrashFighter05
Just to clarify, I didn't say child content creators weren't liable, rather they could possibley become partially pardoned in the future due to potential court rulings. With minors getting fines they may never be able to pay off. However this is just speculation. Although I now realize I forgot to mention the "Minor Content Creators" sect is largely speculation, otherwise they follow the same as described in "Adult Content Creators" - will update!

@asteroidbook345 probably means your gpu(if you have one) is being strained
@FatEgg y'know....................
wasp, vertigo, little bugger, bush plane, jackhammer, twin prop, tutorial plane, pigpen, hellkeska, kicking fish, p-51 mustang, sea-plane, quadcopter, super transport, jet fighter, classic p-51, classic sea-plane, classic vertigo (i'm sure i'm missing a few)
DC-10

how the hell can my sh#tty pc run this
*Baconeggs
oh wait now i remember which one you're talking about, i think i know who made it
@jamesPLANESii you mean this?
fat monkey corn
@Gameboi14 oh just get OBS, the free version is actually pretty damn good and doesn't have watermarks
@MakarnaliMussolini your video was taken down
Patrice
@Gameboi14 yep
@Dllama4 barely enough lmao
(it was actually my ipad)
(Also i just realized we took the photos on the same part of the moon cycle)
that picture of the moon reminds me of the time i tried getting a picture of the moon with my telescope and iphone 5, turned out surprisingly well
@Adityo0502 still some weird techniques, but no glitches, unconventional thrust
56*
achieving 59 seconds consistently(without airbrakes this time)
@SingularMuon looks like airbrakes aren't allowed in the tournaments so like, even vanilla airbrakes could get you disqualified
@Mustangflyer it was more a way to increase speed rather than push a craft but here
still funny thinking we almost ran into each other at the springbanks airshow
damn, i'm surprised this has no upvotes.
Low part count with good details
Well-tuned gyro stabilized cannon
Ragdoll Antenna
And movable parts
@Plane66373637 @SanitaterAirlines i also have autism, that part of the description isn't so much of a joke as something i witness irl in a summer camp for autistic kids, changed it up a bit so it made more sense.
@WIZARD2017 probably excessive mass, try reducing the mass of the object that's being rotated
@WIZARD2017 yeah, thats the only down-side to using damperMultiplier, but i'm pretty sure adjusting the rotator speed to compensate should work, but I'm glad to hear it works better now!
if that doesn't work, set it higher
set damperMultiplier on the rotator to something high like 99999
@Chancey21 damn, is that consistent?
ucano
t
@DeezDucks i strongly agree
@AndrewGarrison do speed modded rotators get me disqualified, i'm using speed modded rotators for some control surfaces on my plane, i ran it through the in-game race qualifications for prop races and it passed but just to make sure could i get disqualified? getting 51 seconds, occasionally 50
@MRMDAWURM in the rules it says no weapons, also a good way to test if your plane works for the AI is to put it in the "Race Against Opponents" sandbox mode
Patrice will be back

someone please do what @Irobert55 said
@Mattangi2 ye, cause also i didn't do the lights, i might actually make a full version and upload separately, imma get fuckin intricate on the screen tho (might even make it walk if i feel like it)
needs an aerodynamic motherboard
ah yes, trusty gagabytes graphic card

sidenote: you could merge all the flak cannons into one coordinate so they're effectively 1 cannon.

@CrashFighter05 I'll correct my mistake then, also could you point out the parts of the forum that you think are untrue, feedback is much appreciated
