@Jester Ah I see now. Didn't realize the AI boats retained the collision properties of the original players builds. Seems some people completely disabled collisions on the hulls.

@Jester Yeah they seem to only be damaged by wing guns and miniguns (haven't tried missiles or bombs yet so I can't say), but the only way to damage them with cannons is with a proximity fuze exploding the round near them. Direct hits are impossible since the rounds just phase through them.
Honestly as much as I like Huawei (I've had a Honor 7 for like 4 years now), I don't trust any Chinese corporate stuff anymore.
