@ACEPILOT109 I admire your positivity, though my expectation for this project is at least 25 upvotes because
1)of how poor my Tu-95 and Bell204 performed
2)how limiting iOS screenshots are
3)I was not known then
Maybe perhaps when I update it with windows screenshots
then it could compete with well known user's offerings.
@ACEPILOT109 It didnt get the recognition the first time, its aight, why now? Well thanks anyways, but I doubt it would surpass 30, Wizard whomever already made a profoundly more detailed offering of the Tu-114
@Jazzhere Has your simpleplanes been updated to 1.9.205? this plane utilises smooth functions only present in the latest update, update now but if you use an apk, find the latest version...
Intriguing Idea UnlistedPlanes, though I am unqualified to form an opinion or criticism, perhaps appointing @MrSilverWolf and @jamesPLANESii could form a criticism or praise to this idea of yours.
@Strikefighter04
Quite flattered, Its all in practice, and the fuselage parts arent actually full on circle cross sections, they're a polygon with huge flat surfaces which I then exploit to make sure it wraps in cleanly.
@NightmareCorporation Its all in practice, and obsessive use of sub assemblies. All my planes share the same Cockpit with some manipulation to fit the flight deck and the proper interior of it.
@AircraftoftheRedStar
Pardon me, but reaching what?
@Dimkal Ah yes, and balloon the part count exponentially so mobile users cant enjoy it.
Look Dimkal, those are great insights, and did those things before; the wing triangulation, funky trees, and realistic performance but one way or another, ruined the project or lagged it severely.
The wing assembly method I use is good enough, its smooth and uses one to four parts per bend section whilst before (Triangle method) uses at least eleven parts per bend section. Check my Boeing 747-146, it consumes too many parts. But I do agree on your second point; I should double check all the moving surfaces before uploading because in fact, the rudder should move but got connected on the decals.
A fix should come soon for that error in a week or so, and I am glad you think I worked hard on it.
@ChisP, I use the DesignerSuite mod over the built in one, just like any blueprint, prompt the designer suite tab on ortho and instead of blueprints, open view with the custom screen shots, keep the ortho view on when sharing amd just align the camera with the picture.
@ACEPILOT109 I don't know, you're the designer, you know the intricacies of the interior of the aircraft but if I may, maybe a shoulder straight wing should suffice, since it t will be carrying heavy loads.
@Tang0five Oh itd be the dream to live in BC, sadly no. I live in the heartland of Canada, where its ran over by a drug crisis and general ghetto aura. Though we have polar bears so thats something.
@Tang0five Ah, glad you ask. So what I do is instead of building a new cockpit, new fuselage, new interior, new engine, etc for a new project. All components from Altimeters, to fuselage sections, to interior components, are saved as in the Sub-Assemblies and with ease of manipulation in mind. The dashboard from the Caravelle has served the builds I have created many times, and the entire nose section is spliced from the Tu-104 project, and the wing assembly from the previous Tu-95MS project.
@Tang0five A Pan-Am livery would pan out the same, Its still a flying boat at the end of the day, or in the commonwealth 21:00 hours, because the day never ends.
I suspect you are of UK citisen, if so, please tell the Queen to dissolve the commonwealth so the sun can finally sink at the shorelines of British Columbia, thank you.
@Vukasin123king Landing Gear and Slides use the recent smooth system only found in update 1.9.203 and later. If your copy of simpleplanes is legit, update it, if its an APK, go find the latest version of it somewhere.
@ThePilotDude as much as I want a more detailed terrain, that is the problem of corruption, every multi textured map I tested never leaves unity, something about tetrahe-something and lots of red fonts, even when its saved cleanly, simpleplanes couldnt load it, error occured it would say. Sorry.
@VVMC you are most welcome, though alas, the YB-49 is out of my range of expertise, I did build two flying wings but the quality is ultimately garbage.
@Tang0five lose faith while you can calmly still can, I am yet to see a Civil Plane or Airliner to be featured, let alone a flying boat. The Caspian sea monster doesn't count.
@Mustang51, Im glad you like it, and so do the other users. Honestly my expectation for this project to take off is really low, since I am yet to see another ok SaRo Princess model on this site. And well, Flying Boats are not popular.
@ACEPILOT109 Photographer here, whoever did take the shots, it is not necessary but a ground POV shot of about 1.69m above would be lovely, so it shows the scale of it from the view of a person. Bruh I would spotlight this but I can't.@asteroidbook345
@UnlistedPlanes You had me at Thai BL series...
I'll dm you in an unlisted plane...
@UnlistedPlanes wow you really chose this huh?
anyway, what is this grand mod map of yours?
@UnlistedPlanes now now, I still have to consider...
+2@UnlistedPlanes before I consider, dm me on one of my decrepid aircraft publishes...

+6@AgentofFortune Ofc! Thank you.
+1@TheXDimension32 pardon, What is Ofc?
Looks good and all, but Isuzu Elf truck is more aesthetic.
Intriguing Idea UnlistedPlanes, though I am unqualified to form an opinion or criticism, perhaps appointing @MrSilverWolf and @jamesPLANESii could form a criticism or praise to this idea of yours.
To all involved parties, I apologise
+1@AircraftoftheRedStar
Aight, Thanks for the info

@THEAIRCRAFTCRAFTER @Strikefighter04
You guys think so?
@ACEPILOT109
YUMMY
WHEN YOU WAMT I CAN TAKE SOME SCREENYS
Pardon me, do not forget to at least take one shot on ground level level with the ground, so we could feel the chonkiness of the plane.
@asteroidbook345 Challenge accepted
Ooh, this is looking good, will it have an interior cockpit?
@BurkeEnterprise Yep, and half-baking it just like the Capital.
+1@Dimkal Ah yes, and balloon the part count exponentially so mobile users cant enjoy it.

@ND40X no this is BOAC
+1@ACEPILOT109 so when do you plan to publish this plane?
so how would the wings be supported?
Will it get a Cockpit interior?
@ChisP, I use the DesignerSuite mod over the built in one, just like any blueprint, prompt the designer suite tab on ortho and instead of blueprints, open view with the custom screen shots, keep the ortho view on when sharing amd just align the camera with the picture.

+1@Vidal99977 that is quite the compliment considering users like qingyuzhou and bogdanx exists, thank you.
@THEAIRCRAFTCRAFTER not sure how my replica of the current largest plane [747-146]flew over you, but thank you.
@Mustang51 Well the livery took half a day, the plane itself was built on the span of one week, though didnt spent much time a day
@Tang0five Ah, glad you ask. So what I do is instead of building a new cockpit, new fuselage, new interior, new engine, etc for a new project. @Tang0five many what?
@Mustang51 thanks, and for a half day build, that really means a lot.
@Tang0five A Pan-Am livery would pan out the same, Its still a flying boat at the end of the day, or in the commonwealth 21:00 hours, because the day never ends.

@Zanedavid Then you should have seen the Bristol Type 167 Brabazon, practically double the fuselage as its 8m in diametre [citation needed].
@ChiChiWerx Thank you for the insight. Umm... What or where is Platinum you speak of? Is it a different site?
@ThePilotDude as much as I want a more detailed terrain, that is the problem of corruption, every multi textured map I tested never leaves unity, something about tetrahe-something and lots of red fonts, even when its saved cleanly, simpleplanes couldnt load it, error occured it would say. Sorry.

+1does it have an interior?@asteroidbook345
@BroAeronautics indeed it is
+1@Brields95 Pine trees grow on any altitude, there are a lot in the Canadian Shield region. And most common in the BC interior.
+1@Mobius1Cyka @jaaay, unless its a map mod
@asteroidbook345 not anyore, boi you sure are fast
@Zippy6 Ooh, I didn't even know that existed before, yes I will build it eventually.
+2@ACEPILOT109 Photographer here, whoever did take the shots, it is not necessary but a ground POV shot of about 1.69m above would be lovely, so it shows the scale of it from the view of a person. Bruh I would spotlight this but I can't.@asteroidbook345
Finally I get to spotlight your plane... It really is a great model. but why can I not spotlight it before? its whack.
@jamesPLANESii, perhaps a sub-assembly could alleviate time spent on instrument creation.
@asteroidbook345 what is?
