I have reserved all rights in the Work, which was first published on 06/2021 in https://www.simpleplanes.com/a/2VmopE/das-tofu.
Your work entitled "T o y e e t a 2" and which appears https://www.simpleplanes.com/Forums/View/1535677/T-o-y-e-e-t-a-2 is essentially identical to a portion of the Work and clearly used the Work as its basis, or as a merit of a significant appendage. You neither asked for nor received permission to use the Work as the basis for "T o y e e t a 2" nor to make or distribute copies of it. Therefore, I believe you have willfully infringed my rights under 17 U.S.C. Section 101 et seq. and could be liable for statutory damages as high as 1.0 Shekles as set forth in Section 504(c)(2) therein.
I demand that you immediately cease the use and distribution of all infringing works derived from the Work, and all copies, including electronic copies, of same, that you deliver to me, if applicable, all unused, undistributed copies of same, or destroy such copies immediately and that you desist from this or any other infringement of my rights in the future. If I have not received an affirmative response from you by 2/18/2022 indicating that you have fully complied with these requirements, I shall consider taking any and all legal remedies available to rectify this situation.

@realSavageMan No. It doesn't cause issues, doesn't insult anyone, it is inoffensive and does not insight poltiical debate or controversy while being SFW. The comments arn't a dumpster fire. Its fine.
Its not too young, not too simple and definitely not naïve.
That being said, if the comments turn into a political dumpster fire despite the extremely subtle and inoffensive reference, its going to be deleted.
Discussion is fine. Be civil.
If I see any more back and forth arguing or a single other report on the grounds of politics, the comments are getting wiped.

@CharlesDeGaulle Which was funny, as the time in my life where I was learning French, I was also learning English simultaneously. You can imagine the mass chaos and confusion placed on my measly brain lol.
@CharlesDeGaulle Yeah, one of the reasons I disliked learning it when I was little was because of the absurdly complicated grammar. Its still very cool tho.
@CharlesDeGaulle My reading comprehension of French is not bad, but my spoken French skills are awful. Exposure to French is quite minimal unless you live in or extremely near Quebec. Though, I do want to learn a bit more but I lack the free time.

Also, good to hear someone else is also studying in Engineering. While I had the opportunity to join our uni's SAE team, I found rocketry more appealing. Its incredibly cool regardless, and you really get some practical hand-on experience doing it.
