@edensk has pretty much got it there the method he will most likely take though is have it start creating thrust at a higher percentage than 0 it'll basically just be y=mx+b but with parameters for activation
wow someone rlly snitched huh. but yes i also view BLM as actually unhelpful to african american rights because it paints people on both sides as extremists when thats not really the way it is but that shouldnt have gotten you demoted. youll always be my favorite mod :)
@CenturiVonKikie i hope im not bringing an elitist tone. just trying to clarify that his flight model is poor and he refuses to accpet criticism. I am a bit more critical of flight models than most but by no means am I attempting to be elitist as i know there are builders better than me
theres no use in arguing with a fool who refuses to understand so i will not explain it again. everyone sees what kind of things you are producing so ill let them be the judge. as you can see many people have told you that it flies poorly but you refuse to accept it because you think your planes are better than everyone else's. everyone sees what you are doing and i shouldnt need to explain it to you @dhtv587 @Kangy
i make stuff because i enjoy building things XD i enjoy making realistic aircraft. getting upvotes is nice and validates your hard work but it has never been my main motivation for building @dhtv587
and actually you know what your building skill isnt even that good anyways you have used default wings and control surfaces on all of your aircraft @dhtv587
building a replica includes making an accurate flight model so dont bother making a replica if you are gonna make it fly poorly. currently you are mass producing planes that look good but fly poorly to farm upvotes and get points. its shameful. @dhtv587 @Kangy
so you keep deflecting from your original claim, leading me to believe you no longer have an argument to present. it would be best if you just accepted the criticism than trying to fight someone on it who clearly knows more about the topic. @dhtv587
so all of the flight specifications on my planes including roll rate and pitch rate match to 90% of the real thing. guess what if you turn too close the ground irl you crash. wow! isnt that cool! and the fact that you are trying to call me unintelligent when you cant do simple research is quite ironic. @dhtv587
@dhtv587 I build the plane and fix the data. You don't need DCS or any flight sim to actually do some research. The F-22 which I am making is based on Blue0Bulls fighter and will be the only plane on which I will solely fix the data and fix the inaccuracies. It has taken me forever because I care what I put out there. Lots of effort is going into it and its not just some sloppy build.
@dhtv587 Oh actually I have been working on an f-22 its just hard for me to finish projects with so much on my plate. Ill make sure to tag you on it when it comes out since you are clearly such a fan.
If you want to see how an actually well-done f-22 is done go check out blue bulls he actually cared what his plane flew like. sure there are certainly inaccuracies but he at least tried.
@dhtv587 and actually limiting the mobility and getting it correct takes hours of hard work so not really all that simple. if it was easy everyone would do it.
@dhtv587 you tried to make a replica, you should strive for accuracy. The definition for replica states "an exact copy or model of something, especially one on a smaller scale." including flight model. I also noticed you have backtracked away from your original claim of your plane flying better than everyone else's. Your fighter flies poorly anyways it rolls when you pitch and is very hard to control. You should at least make a plane that you can control XD
@dhtv587 yes this is real data I have accumulated from many sources including f-16.net and many other places. BTW IRL its very hard to turn a fighter jet XD. my f-16 and t-38 have realistic instantaneous turn rates and sustained turn rates ive tested them with the debug console so I know what I am talking about.
@Kangy @dhtv587 I've flown many planes extensively in high fidelity flight simulators including the F-15, F-16, A-10, F-18, SU-27, SU-25T and larger planes such as the C-130 Hercules. I have about 200 hours in simulators in the F-16.
I think you did a very good job doing this plane especially with the lack of information currently available to the public. However I do think its turn rate is too fast. It currently turns at about 30-33 deg per sec and it would most likely turn more like the F-35 in the 20-25 degree per second range. Overall it looks really good though one of my favorites!
@dhtv587 that's because real planes don't make 180 degree turns in 5 seconds, you need to do some research on how actual planes fly the fastest turning jet in the world the Rafaele can only make a 180 in 6.6 seconds at 9Gs which is normally not sustained. The f-22 can only pull 22 degrees per second taking the plane over 8 seconds to turn this plane makes the turn in 2 seconds. And yes, my planes fly better than 80-90% of the replicas on this site. As for the 90 degree pitch up, 80% of all fighters cant do that. I take a lot of time to research and develop my flight models and the fact that you just slap together some pieces to make it look good and call it an f-22 is a disgrace. further, this plane rolls when it is pitching and flops around and doesn't even have afterburners. You were too lazy to even put in a code that automatically opened the weapons bay doors. It's almost like you didn't even think about how the plane flies. So, before you get mad when someone offers criticism that is backed up by both experience and research, I suggest you actually try and fly the plane yourself and maybe evaluate if your plane even makes sense.
About right, right @Kangy ?
oh no a range rover someone quick get the mechanic it could break down any second now! 😂
ah i see thats smart most of the time acceleration isnt modeled well in this @edensk
@realSavageMan lol
yeah watch out peasant monkey im coming to cancel you online because obviously im satisfied in my own business XD @Blue0Bull
savage for mod!
@edensk has pretty much got it there the method he will most likely take though is have it start creating thrust at a higher percentage than 0 it'll basically just be y=mx+b but with parameters for activation
ill support that @realSavageMan
+1wow someone rlly snitched huh. but yes i also view BLM as actually unhelpful to african american rights because it paints people on both sides as extremists when thats not really the way it is but that shouldnt have gotten you demoted. youll always be my favorite mod :)
+3nah lol @jamesPLANESii
shine
agreed
yo raven field XD i rmbr that game XD
lmao you've done some testing huh @WNP78
you did this so i will come back huh lmao jk @WNP78
i mean its not like your actually gonna post it lmao
+8whoa
this is so underrated btw
Ya know its just okay lol good job!
there is no a-10d variant...
3rd picture for thumbnail great shots btw
+1will it be an attacker or early jet fighter
aight im done with drawing lmao
+1hol up what. u been caught lacking with cheats or smthn? XD
+7@KnightOfRen every time you here it spin it up the PTSD returns huh lmao

@dhtv587 I already told you I'm done arguing with you you're just making yourself look much worse by grasping at straws
+1@Kangy aw thnx

If you are going to make a replica make it fly at least feasibly and if you don't, don't be surprised when someone calls you out on it.

good looks terrible flight model
