As a suggestion for future organizing of battle, use an unlisted build that is related to the war, since, unless you mention people(@username) in the comments, no one can see it. And don't link to it, that would destroy the secrecy of it.
Skypark will send the seven operational Gleipnir task forces. All other Aerial warships are being outfitted with new fusion reactors to replace to old nuclear reactor, which no longer work due to the anti-nuclear ray of TheUltimatePlaneLover's BA-27D.

Perhaps make a location waaay out into the ocean, so you can't see the islands, to replicate the effect of "everythings underwater", or just make sure no land is visible in photos.

How did make this work, more specifically, how did you get the lines(or any normal text) to respond to inputs? I tried studying this on my own, but I can't make sense of it(I'm trying to make my own HUD of sorts).

While I'm willing to sign, I don't know what it's all about. All wars against others have long been concluded(except for the sirens, but that's a complete different thing altogether, and they're a global threat), so I personally do nit see the reason for this.
Perhaps create a chart of general combat and flight characteristics that can apply to all aircraft, with different levels to denote how good or bad a certain trait can be, similar to the Marvel Power Grid.

I don't remember Skypark having an "Andrew Project". We have the Gleipnirs and gyges, though.
