@SledDriver I intended those rotators to be cosmetic details, as well as the VTOL engine at the rear. Well I always try to make my weird designs fly, I'm more for aesthetics than functionality but anyways thanks for the help!
@SledDriver no, the tweak was adding the gyro itself. The user downloaded the Ghostfly and noticed its drifty nature so he added an extra gyro. I tried it myself, and my drone's performance improved beyond expectation. All my other builds use a single gyro though, so it was just an isolated problem.
@SledDriver Ah, I see. My Ghostfly, while being a small build, required 2 gyros for stability (the one I posted didn't have them, I only implemented it when another user suggested it after he did some tweaks). Thank you for the tips!
that's a corvette? it looks more like an interceptor/bomber/personal transport than an actual corvette... anyways I had fun testing it out, the ANANSI systems are clever.
Part count and quality does not always guarantee upvotes. Reputation actually plays a bigger role than build quality. A high-ranking platinum user with 400++ followers can make the absolute shittiest build in the history of SP and it will still gain upvotes while a white/bronze newbie can make the best 1:1 replica of a popular plane and I guarantee it'll rot in fresh ahem not get noticed.
@JoddyFubuki788 during the Fringe Rebellion. As all mainline starfighters are being used in space battles, the need for atmospheric fighters grew. The Continuum once again contacted PAI for a brand-new aerospace fighter to be used in atmospheric and low-orbit engagements.
@PyrusEnderhunter some things though, the rebels didn't only commandeer the patrol ships, they also stole their blueprints so that they could replace losses, and the time between the commandeering and the battle itself isn't instantaneous, give or take a few days
@Stellarlabs well it just reflects the generation that made them. Taking inside jokes from deep inside and introducing it to the mainstream until it becomes normie/dead
@Datom he said it's "his own design". That is worse @KeemstarPlanes
@Datom it's the camera lens of the drone
The middle plane is mine. It's not your design. Give credit to where it's due
+2Wait that's my plane in the middle
What a time to be alive. Nice build! skraaaaa
@SledDriver awesome as always! What shader do you use to get those vibrant screenshots? Thought I'd give it a try
Aaaannd another one
@SledDriver I'll take note of that in future builds

@SledDriver and another thing, when I add cosmetic thrusters to my builds, it always messes up the CoT. Any tips?
@SledDriver Handling and maneuvering is on point. I wonder, do you use multiple gyroscopes? Your builds are very stable in-flight.
Damn. I looooove the look of this one. Nic work!
I like that new style. It looks like it's more geared towards harsher conditions
+2Well said.
+1Nice! I'll use this as a defensive weapon on capital warships.

@ErvenDynamics lol ripperoni
@chancey21 people with more forum posts than actual builds really get on our nerves @EternalDarkness
@EternalDarkness s a v a g e
@ErvenDynamics nais
@JoddyFubuki788 the Fringe Rebellion will be the next part
@PyrusEnderhunter I literally made the entire plot in minutes
@Stellarlabs not yet, sadly
Nice!
@Stellarlabs ahh I see you've read Ardent too ;)
@PyrusEnderHunter @JoddyFubuki788
@PyrusEnderHunter @JoddyFubuki788
@PyrusEnderhunter @JoddyFubuki788
@PyrusEnderHunter I would love to see an actual Tempest-Bound too, built by you of course
@PyrusEnderhunter some things though, the rebels didn't only commandeer the patrol ships, they also stole their blueprints so that they could replace losses, and the time between the commandeering and the battle itself isn't instantaneous, give or take a few days
oh boi, this is good! Clearly you are better with narratives
@DarthAbhinav no I didn't because you're not supposed to be here yet
@PyrusEnderhunter alright! Keep it going buddy
@PyrusEnderHunter @JoddyFubuki788 it's been a while
@YuukaNeko thank you! Here is de wey
+1@Z3RO thank you!
Very nice! This made a fellow shipbuilder's pants wet (guess who)
